Hello,

Welcome.

My name is Rory DaCosta.

I'm your master hypnotherapist and I will be delivering your Overcome Anxiety hypnosis today.

It's a pleasure to serve you today and bring more joy,

Happiness and peace to your life.

Just a few quick things I'd like to go over as we start.

You go into self-hypnosis every day without even knowing it.

So you can absolutely do this.

Every day everyone goes into self-hypnosis without ever knowing.

Hypnosis is an unconscious process.

In most cases people aren't even aware that they were hypnotized.

You don't have to do anything whatsoever.

The subconscious mind does everything for you easily and effortlessly.

All you need to do is say thank you subconscious mind.

Okay,

Let's begin.

First of all,

Please just close your eyes for me.

Make sure you get nice and comfortable in a comfortable spot.

Closing your eyes for me now and begin to just take some nice deep slow breaths.

Just to your own level of comfort.

Just invite your mind to begin to watch the breath.

So all it's doing is simply watching the in and the out of the breath.

That's it.

And that's all it has to do.

Just watch the breath.

And so every breath you are taking is just relaxing you more and more deeply.

And any sounds you hear,

My voice,

The music,

Any sounds inside the room or outside the room are just going to simply help you to relax even more.

So you can just allow your breathing to return to normal now.

But as you do,

Know that it is taking you more and more relaxed.

Any irritations your conscious mind tries to give you will also help you to relax even more.

And you can choose to listen to my voice or not to listen to my voice.

The choice is yours.

Your conscious and unconscious mind will also make the choice.

So you can now just simply relax and just let go.

That's right.

So I want you to begin to focus on the top of your head for me.

And I want you to imagine that there's a deep wave of relaxation that's going to come through the mind and the body.

And the wave of relaxation is simply easily and effortlessly going to take you to another level of relaxation as you go deeper and deeper down.

So you can imagine the wave of relaxation as a colour.

Just sit there or just trust that it's there.

Either way is fine.

It begins to come in through the forehead and down into those thousands of tiny muscles in your face.

Slowly relaxing them as it does.

It continues on as it moves down your neck and increases even more.

And it works all the way down to the bottom of your spine.

Going into each muscle,

Cell and fibre of your back.

Releasing,

Relaxing and cleansing.

It moves up over the shoulders and through the arms and all the way down to the ends of your fingers.

At some point you may feel a slight tingling in your fingertips or a warmth in the palm of your hand.

And if you do,

That is absolutely fine.

It works deeper as it moves over your chest and belly down through the hips,

The legs and the knees.

All the way down through the tips of your toes.

Taking you twice as deep,

Twice as relaxed.

That wave of relaxation continues on.

Doubling and deepening as it moves from your toes to your head and back to your toes again.

So become aware now of the bed that you may be lying on or the seat you're sitting on or the ground.

Feel the support of your body and your head as you relax even more.

There's nothing that you need to do but just let go and relax fully into the support of whatever's underneath you.

Just relaxing and letting go.

So now I want you to imagine that there's a beautiful staircase in the sky and that staircase has 10 beautiful steps leading all the way down to your perfect safe place.

This safe place of yours is the most relaxing and perfect place for you right now.

And in a moment I'm going to count all the way down those 10 steps.

And with each step that you take you're going to find that you easily and naturally become 10 times more deeper relaxed with each and every step.

That's right.

Becoming 10 times more deeper relaxed with each step you take.

So now just standing on the top step and taking the first step down.

10,

9,

Relaxing more and more as you do.

8,

7,

Beginning to feel 10 times more relaxed with each step you take.

6 and 5,

Relaxing more and more.

That's right.

4,

3,

Feeling fully relaxed and at peace.

2 and 1,

Relaxing deeper and deeper.

That's right.

So now you find yourself in the most relaxing and safe place that appeals to you right now.

The temperature is absolutely fine.

There may be a gentle breeze that blows across your body and makes you feel so relaxed.

And there's nothing you need to do but simply relax and let go.

You can just enjoy being in this beautiful relaxed and safe space.

Taking some deep breaths and feeling the space now.

Taking it into every level of your being.

That's right.

And whenever you imagine taking yourself down that staircase into that wonderful safe place that appeals to you now,

You'll get the sense of relaxation where everything else melts away.

And the relaxation will stay with you,

Working with you all day,

Every day.

Now you're starting to just relax even more and more.

Letting go of any self doubts and letting go of any anxiousness or tightness.

Just focus only on the breath.

Feel this rhythmic sensation as the breath goes in and out of your lungs.

Feel all the tension start to dissipate.

Sink back into the chair or the floor or wherever it may be and feel all the tension just draining away,

Bringing much needed relief.

Welcome in a feeling of contentment and peace.

Now you are feeling more peaceful.

It's just you in your purest form.

The you that existed before you felt anxious and before your life spiraled out of control.

Now in this moment in time,

Open your mind.

You are free from the pressure and now your subconscious mind is already starting to look after you.

You have no more time in your life to waste on this negativity.

Feeling all the anxiousness,

Anxiety and fear just draining away.

Just draining away now.

Feeling all of it drain away.

All of the doubts,

The fears and the inner turmoil.

Just letting go.

That's right.

Yes.

When you hold on to your fears,

You narrow your true potential.

You restrict your life as if you are a prisoner inside your own body.

Deep inside you,

You are positive and confident.

That's right.

Deep inside you now,

You know you are a positive and confident person.

It's time to break free of the barriers that have been holding you back in life.

It's time to release the real you,

The one who feels confident,

Relaxed,

Free,

Fulfilled and capable.

Now inhale slowly and as you do,

Feel all the positive healing energy come flooding in.

It's flooding into your body and mind and soul right now.

You feel instantly positive and calm and now you have hope.

Exhale slowly,

Relaxing your body even more.

Imagine that that inner you breaking free.

That inner you,

Just imagine it now breaking free from the confines of your anxiousness.

It feels good to be free.

To break free from those chains and to simply experience this moment surrounded by positive energy.

Embrace the moment.

Embrace that wonderful feeling of freedom that's deep within inside you now.

You have so much potential.

You deserve to be happy and to be free of these anxieties for good.

This inspiring feeling will continue to grow and you will start to feel stronger and happier than you ever have ever been before.

It's time to take back your life.

As you breathe,

You can feel that with each inward breath,

It draws in positive energy,

Strength and courage and with each outward breath takes away all the negativity and all the anxiousness.

Just letting go of any tension,

Any self doubts as you breathe out.

That's right,

As you breathe out now,

Just letting go of any tension or any self doubt.

It's time to move away from the past anxieties and anxiousness.

Your future is bright.

You have new opportunities waiting for you.

Welcome them in.

You feel strong,

Confident,

Calm and in control.

You are in charge of your own life.

You create this sense of confidence and positivity at any time.

At any time you can call on this sense of confidence and positivity.

You just need to say,

I am free.

Every time you say,

I am free,

You begin to feel lighter and freer and happier than you've ever felt.

That's right,

You now feel lighter,

Freer and happier than you have ever felt and in a long,

Long time you find yourself smiling more.

Participating in all the activities that you enjoy now.

That's right,

Now just feeling lighter and happier than you've ever felt in a long time.

You find yourself smiling more.

Participating in activities that you enjoy.

Feeling relaxed and comfortable and safe in the knowledge that you are now in control.

You are in complete control of your mind,

Your body,

Your health.

So just imagine your life now without those old fears and worries and anxieties.

Letting them go for good.

Living a more confident and happy and more fulfilled life.

Enjoying yourself,

Feeling free.

You trust yourself now.

Just always trusting yourself as you do and you do now.

Now remember a time in your life where you felt at your best,

Happy and confident and positive and strong.

Imagine yourself taking a snapshot from that past memory.

Just imagine back to a time,

Could be any time in your life,

Might have been as a child or later on in life when you started a new job,

When you joined a team.

Just imagine back.

Just get that feeling,

That feeling,

That just remember back to that time when you felt at your best.

You felt happy,

Confident,

Positive,

Strong.

Take a snapshot from the best part of that memory.

Make it bright and colorful and just step into that snapshot.

Just imagine that picture,

Making it even brighter and more colorful.

Literally visualize yourself stepping into that snapshot and to that experience and experience the feelings associated with it.

Hear any sounds or inhale any special smells or aromas from that particular memory.

Make them stronger and better than ever before.

Now this is going to be beautiful and powerful.

Do this whilst I'm quiet for a moment now.

Just think about that snapshot that we just spoke about.

That snapshot of life,

That positive memory where you felt at your best,

Feeling happy,

Positive and strong.

Step into that now.

Brightening the colors,

Listening to any sounds and inhaling any smells that might have been there.

Just let it integrate deep into your body.

Make them stronger and better than ever before.

Just take some time right now to really,

Really brighten it all and make it even stronger.

Make it more bright,

Make it more colorful.

Increase that feeling of happiness,

That feeling of strength.

Ah,

The beautiful smells that you can smell.

Any beautiful sounds you can hear.

Just amplifying them stronger and stronger and better than ever before.

Ah,

That's right.

Now as you finish up,

Just intensifying that feeling a bit stronger,

I want you to squeeze together your thumb and your index finger on your dominant hand.

So as you're imagining the intensity strengthening a little bit more,

Just squeezing together your thumb and your index finger on your dominant hand.

This will act as an anchor to bring those good feelings back to you whenever you need them.

Whenever you need them,

Squeeze that thumb and index finger together as an anchor and tell yourself,

I am free,

I am calm,

I am relaxed and I am confident.

Squeezing together that index finger and your thumb saying,

I am free,

I am calm,

I am relaxed and I am confident.

And as you say these words to yourself,

You instantly feel free,

Calm,

Relaxed and confident and safe in the knowledge that you now are in control.

You're in complete control of your mind,

Your body and your health and it feels wonderful.

You deserve to have a full and enriched life.

You can do anything you want,

Anything you want.

You can go anywhere in life that you choose.

All you have to do is reach out and take advantage of these wonderful opportunities.

Now,

Inhale slowly feeling the air surging into your lungs and expanding them.

You now become energized,

Strong and confident.

You can tap into this wonderful feeling at any time.

Just say,

I am free and squeeze together your thumb and your index finger.

That's right,

Nothing can stand in your way now.

Your old anxieties have slipped away and dissipated.

Your fears now seem small and insignificant.

They have lost their power over you.

Now you are whole,

You are free and your life opens up before you.

Now every time you wake up,

Your subconscious will remember that I am free,

I am strong,

I am confident,

I am calm and in control.

So just really,

Really remembering that,

Letting that integrate into the subconscious mind that from now on,

Every time that you wake up,

Your subconscious mind will remember,

I am free,

I am strong,

I am confident and I am calm and in control.

That's right.

Now just slowly letting that integrate within your subconscious mind.

Just really taking some time to appreciate that you are now free.

Now in a moment,

I am going to count to five,

Bringing you slowly back to now.

Your unconscious mind now knows everything it needs to know to let go of everything that was holding you back and has everything that it needs to empower you into a free and confident future.

Okay,

One,

Slowly coming back to now.

Two,

Just slowly starting to wiggle your toes.

Three,

Slowly starting to wiggle your fingers.

And four,

Starting to move your body and stretching it out.

Five,

Slowly opening your eyes,

Bringing back with you all those calm,

Relaxing and confident feelings.

This is now the end of this hypnosis journey.

It's going to overcome your anxiety for good.

It's going to eliminate it.

I request that for the first 30 days,

You try your best,

Your best to listen to this as many times.

Every day would be ideal.

At a bare minimum,

At an absolute bare minimum,

Make it at least once a week,

Yeah?

At least once a week.

If you do take that strategy though,

I would be listening to it once a week and I'd just do it for maybe two to three months.

This stuff is so unpowerful,

A change in the unconscious mind.

When we change the root core beliefs,

We change the life and the reality around us.

It's very simple.

There's no different to someone that's empowered and confident to someone that's stressed.

All it is is the template in their unconscious mind.

The power of hypnosis can overcome the conscious mind and just it's literally like reprogramming a computer.

It's no different.

We're reprogramming with these hypnosis scripts to just reprogram the unconscious and subconscious mind.

When we do that,

It'll play up in when you reprogram a computer,

What does it do?

It comes up with a new program on the screen.

You don't know any better.

You're just operating in the new system.

It's just what it showed on your screen.

Same as with the subconscious mind.

Ideally,

I'd challenge you if you're really committed as you say you are to doing this for 30 days,

Every day for 30 days.
