Hi,

Welcome to today's meditation.

I am Michelle Jacob and I will be guiding you through this powerful meditation that will set the tone for the day,

Fill you with gratitude and help you step into the powerful being you are.

Let's begin.

Could invite you to sit up nice and tall,

Feet planted on the ground,

Palms facing upwards.

And when you are ready,

Just start to notice,

Notice your thoughts.

And as you are noticing the thoughts in your mind,

Imagine you are sitting under a tree and you are observing these thoughts.

And the thoughts are like little cars,

Little vehicles going up and down the road.

And you are just observing these vehicles,

You are not getting caught up in them.

You are just watching them,

You know if you run into the traffic,

It's just going to cause an accident.

Just watching these thoughts as they come and go.

You are acknowledging the presence of these thoughts.

You are noticing the nature of these thoughts are they thoughts of the past or thoughts of the future.

What is the nature?

Thoughts of worry,

Thoughts of guilt,

Shame,

Anger,

Excitement,

Joy.

Or maybe they are neutral.

Whatever those thoughts are,

You are just observing.

You are reframing from any judgement and just observing with kindness.

When you are ready,

Allow yourself to drop into your heart.

This is hard for you to do,

I am going to invite you to place both your hands in your heart and just feel.

Just feel the area of your heart.

Notice if you can feel the beating of your heart.

Notice how if it feels to place your hand against the heart,

It's like this warm,

Gentle hug you are giving yourself.

Just feel.

Now I am going to invite you to imagine,

Imagine your breath going in through your heart,

All the way into your stomach and out through your heart.

So you are breathing through your heart and you are breathing out through your heart.

See if you can breathe a little deeper,

A little slower than you usually breathe.

See if you can add a rhythm to this breathing.

Breathing in for 5,

Breathing out for 5.

Breathing in 2,

3,

4,

5.

Breathing out 2,

3,

4,

5.

One more time,

Breathing in 2,

3,

4,

5.

Breathing out 2,

3,

4,

5.

See if you can bring to mind a beautiful memory.

Maybe it was a place you've been to or maybe it's a memory of your loved one.

Be careful that this memory has no negative connection to it.

A memory that when you imagine,

All you feel is gratitude.

Love,

Peace.

Just feel.

Feel those feelings in your heart.

Allow the warmth to rise in your heart.

As you imagine that place,

Imagine that person.

Just feel.

Now see if you can imagine radiating all these wonderful feelings of compassion,

Appreciation,

Love towards yourself.

Just as though you're radiating light from within,

From your heart,

All the way to the top of your head,

All the way to the bottom of your feet.

And you're just feeling,

Feeling all that love,

Accepting all that love,

Accepting all that calmness,

All that peace.

And you're just going to bless yourself,

Saying to yourself,

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I abide in peace.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I abide in peace.

One last time,

Blessing yourself and just feeling,

Feeling the calmness,

Feeling the peace,

Feeling the compassion,

The appreciation.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I abide in peace.

Now I want you to imagine your heart just opening up and all this love,

Peace,

Compassion,

Just radiating out of your heart 360 degree,

This light,

Full of love,

Full of peace,

Full of compassion,

Appreciation,

Out into the world.

You may start to radiate it towards your family members.

You're just sending them love,

Sending them peace.

You imagine this light growing 360 degree with every breath you take in.

Your energy is just growing.

You are growing.

Just imagine yourself growing.

And you're blessing your entire neighborhood.

You're sending love and light to your entire neighborhood.

Continuing to grow,

You see your entire country.

You're sending love and light to your entire country.

Continuing to grow,

You're sending love and light to all the countries in this world.

You continue to grow your energy,

Continue to grow with every breath.

This love,

This light that you are is just expanding until you see the entire planet in front of you,

All the living beings,

Trees,

Plants,

Animals.

And you're just radiating love and you're blessing the entire planet earth and all the creatures within,

Blessing them all.

May you all be happy.

May you all be healthy.

May you all abide in peace.

Once again,

May you all be happy.

May you all be healthy.

May you all abide in peace.

May you all be happy.

May you all be healthy.

May you all abide in peace.

Just radiating love,

Radiating light.

Now just imagine,

Imagine the clouds about you parting and just pure light falling down from the sky.

It's covering you 360 degrees.

All around you,

You imagine yourself in this bubble of light.

And just notice.

Notice how healing this light is as it was descending down from the sky.

It's descending down your face,

Down your throat,

Your neck.

This light descending down your shoulders,

Your arms,

Down your back,

Down your chest,

Down your belly,

Down your hips,

Down your glutes,

Your legs.

Down all the way,

Down your ankles,

Your feet.

And as it descends all the way down to the ground,

It's taking with it all that that is no longer serving you.

And you notice this light radiating back up and it's forming this light,

This energy ball all around you.

And you feel the protection of this ball.

You feel protected within.

I want you to imagine all your loved ones,

The ones who may have passed away.

All of them,

All around you,

Protecting you.

I want you to imagine the universe,

God,

Whatever divine beings you believe in,

Surrounding you,

Protecting you.

What does protection look like for you?

Just imagine,

Maybe you see angels,

Maybe you see divine spirits,

Maybe you see the spirit of God,

Universe,

Whatever you believe in.

Just imagine protection all around you.

And I want you to step into feeling the confidence that you're protected,

That you are empowered,

That you are invincible.

Just feel it,

Just step into it,

Become it.

You may even declare to yourself,

I am safe,

I am protected.

I'm protected by the divine spirit within me and all around me.

I am safe.

Life is always happening for me.

I am divine,

I am unstoppable,

I am invincible,

I am powerful,

I have nothing to fear as I'm under divine protection.

Life is always happening for me.

I want you to take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,

Anchor it into your heart.

Anchor the feeling of safety.

Breathe in,

Anchor the feeling of being enough,

Being powerful,

Being the love,

Being the peace,

Being the joy.

Is it an intention that no matter what happens today,

You're going to always come back to this peace,

Come back to this joy,

Come back to this confidence that you are safe,

That the divine spirit protects you,

That you have nothing not to fear,

That you get to step into joy,

You get to declare to yourself,

I am joy,

I am peace,

I am love.

I am joy,

I am peace,

I am love.

Just feel,

Feel those feelings in your entire body.

When you're ready,

Slowly start to orient yourself to the sounds coming from outside the room,

The sounds coming from inside the room.

You may wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers.

You may slowly open your eyes,

Give yourself a big hug,

Acknowledging,

Acknowledging all that you've been through,

All the times you fell and all the times you got right back up,

All the times you've been supported,

All the miracles you've seen,

All the growth that happened in your life,

Acknowledge it all.

I want you to throw your arms in the air and declare once again,

I am enough,

I am powerful,

Life is happening for me,

From today I am choosing,

Choosing to be love,

Choosing to create the abundant life I am worthy of,

I am worthy.

Step into it,

Open your eyes,

Feel it all over,

In every cell.

May this comfort,

May this peace,

May this joy,

May this calmness be with you for the rest of the day today.
