Hi,

I'm Michelle Jacob and thank you for joining me in today's meditation where we will be transforming the feeling of not being enough Oftentimes we believe we're not enough,

We're not good enough We're not smart enough.

We're not beautiful enough.

We're not doing enough and the list goes on and on We don't realize that all this conversation is happening in our mind In today's meditation,

We will be moving from our mind into our hearts Our heart always knows the truth And we will today Move into our heart to realize the truth that we were always enough That we were always valuable Being enough,

Being valuable is not something you need to attain.

It's something you already are You were always valuable You were always enough and you will always be enough And you will always be valuable You don't need to earn this You are enough You are valuable So before we begin this meditation,

I encourage you to sit up nice and tall If you're lying down,

You may place a pillow under your knee so your spine is nice and straight And whenever you're ready,

You may close your eyes Now bring your attention to your breath and just start to notice your inhales and your exhales Notice where you feel your inhale and where you feel your exhales See if you can deepen your inhales and your exhales Breathe a little slower and a little deeper than usual With every breath in,

Breathe in relaxation and with every breath out,

Allow your body to relax further into the mat or further into the chair Now with your next breath in Just imagine your entire body starting to float Starting to rise from the chair or the mat you're sitting in And with every breath in and out,

You start to rise And as you look down,

You now see the chair you're sitting on or the surface that you are lying on And as you continue to breathe,

You find yourselves floating higher and higher And as you look down,

You see your home,

You see the house or the building that you're living in And as you float higher and higher,

You start to see the trees And as you continue to breathe in and out,

You start to float further up And you start to notice you're floating into the clouds And as you continue to rise further up,

You start to look down and you realize You are starting to leave the surface of the earth And you float,

Rise and arise into space Now just notice how you feel in space Notice how your body feels,

How light you feel There is no more gravity and you're just floating around And as you're floating,

You start to realize that you have left your identity on earth You have left your to-do list on earth and all the things,

All the burdens that you have been carrying on earth It has all remained on earth And right now in space,

You're absolutely free Free of the to-do list,

Free of responsibilities,

Even free of your identities And you just start to float,

Noticing how free you feel Starting to notice your toes,

Your feet,

Your ankle Noticing how they're floating and how light they feel Noticing your calves,

Your shins,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Your hips Noticing your lower back,

Your mid back,

Your upper back Noticing your stomach,

Your chest muscles Noticing your arms,

Your upper arms,

Your lower arms,

The wrists,

The fingers Noticing the shoulders,

Noticing the neck,

The throat The muscles on the face,

The jaw muscles,

Your lips,

Your tongue Noticing the muscles around the eyes,

The eyebrows,

The eyelashes Noticing the muscles on the temples,

On the forehead Noticing the ears,

The nose Noticing the top of the head,

The back of the head Noticing the hair follicles on your head And just notice,

Notice how free your body feels,

How light it feels And as you're floating in space,

Bring to mind a beautiful memory from earth It could be a place you've been to It could be someone you love unconditionally,

It could even be your pet And see if you can feel in your heart the feelings of gratitude for that place,

For that person,

For that pet And just stay with those renewing feelings of gratitude in your heart And see if you can feel the feelings of love,

Feelings of kindness,

Feelings of compassion,

Feelings of peace And as you feel those feelings in your heart,

You start to realize that you are love,

You are peace You always were love and you always were peace And you start to realize at this time that you always were enough You will always be enough You were always valuable and you will always be valuable This wasn't something that you had to earn This was something that you already were This was your identity And as you're floating in space and as you're floating You start to give yourself this new identity You say to yourself,

I am enough I am valuable I have a divine purpose And one more time,

You say to yourself,

I am enough And you breathe that in and you anchor it into your heart as you breathe out Breathing in,

I am enough And as you breathe out,

Anchoring your new identity into your heart One more time,

Breathing in,

I am enough And anchoring it into your heart And you say to yourself,

I am valuable And you breathe that in and you anchor it into your heart One more time,

I am valuable Breathe that in to your heart and as you breathe out Anchor it into your heart One more time,

I am valuable Breathe that in and anchor it into your heart as you breathe out And you say to yourself,

Your new identity is I am enough I am valuable And you can add any other identity you want to add to the I am I am protected I am here with a purpose I am growing every day I am You may add whatever you want to the I am And you realize who you truly are And one more time,

You say to yourself,

I am enough I am valuable I have a purpose And as you say these,

You breathe in all these wonderful affirmations This new identity And as you breathe out,

You anchor all of this into your heart This new identity into your heart This identity of I am,

I am enough And as you start to believe,

As you start to notice I am enough becoming your new identity Just start to notice how it feels in your entire body Just notice how you feel knowing you are enough How does your body feel?

How does the area of your heart feel?

Notice,

Notice the area of your heart Notice the heart space opening up As you declare you are enough As you declare you are valuable As you declare your life matters and you are here with a purpose Notice how it feels One more time,

Radiate,

Radiate these wonderful new feelings towards yourself This feeling of joy This feeling of love This feeling of peace Knowing the truth that you are enough You are always enough And you will always be enough Breathe it in one last time And as you breathe out,

Anchor this truth to your heart Now you may slowly start to reorient yourself to the room you're in Starting to wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers Starting to just notice your body and how your body feels with this new identity And whenever you're ready,

You may open your eyes And one last time,

Say to yourself,

I am enough And breathe that in And as you breathe out,

Anchor this new belief,

This new feeling into your heart Once again,
