Hold your breath for 60 seconds.
Notice that your body has everything it needs and so you can just observe.
The only thing we can observe is the sensations that we feel.
So scan your body and notice what you notice.
Do not be attached.
You are the observer.
There's no need to satisfy these cravings or sensations.
There's no need to attract more of them.
You're just noticing.
Consciously take a deep breath in.
Hold that breath on the inhale as you squeeze your belly,

Moving that life force into every cell.
And now release.
We now bring our awareness to our throat chakra.
In the middle of the throat,
On the spinal column,
Visualize a two inch diameter circle of sky blue light.
Spinning clockwise up and to our right.
This energy center governs our ability to express and communicate clearly.
It is related to truth,
Maturity,
Independence,
And the ability to trust others.
When this energy center is inactive or blocked,
We have a fear of speaking and knowing the truth.
So we bring our focus to this energy center,
The center of the throat,
On the spine.
And we come to our mantra.
And our mantra is ham,
Realizing it is the vibration of the sound that opens and activates.

Two inches above your head,
Visualizing a beautiful purple circle of light,
A circle of spinning clockwise.
Now visualize this purple energy moving down and around you,
Encapsulating you in a bubble,
A cocoon,
A spiritual cocoon,
Where you are connected to all and you are perfectly safe.
Nothing can disturb you in this divine light bubble.
Now bring your awareness to your throat center.
Visualize that blue skylight and see it moving out from the throat,
Up into the head and down into the body,
Filling every cell,
The space between the cells,
And then the space beyond your body so that the entire spiritual cocoon is filled with this beautiful sky blue light.
As you sit here naturally breathing in and out through your nose,
This light activates and opens you to speak and hear truth.
