As you sit or lie comfortably,
Begin to release the weight of your entire body into the ground beneath you.
Remember there is no wrong way to meditate.
Whatever comes to mind,
Allow it to flow in and out.
This is the time for yourself and to leave all worries or concerns behind,
Allowing yourself to be in the moment.
Allow the breath to flow effortlessly.
We are going to tell your body to relax,
Starting with your legs,
Your stomach,
And your shoulders.
Relax your fingers,
Your neck,
And your jaw,
Allowing the body to soften to its natural position.
Now take a deep breath in and exhale.
Allow your breathing to fall into its own natural rhythm as you become the observer.
Now we will bring our attention to the lower abdomen.
Imagine a lovely yellow light swirling like whirlpool.
Notice how this yellow light feels,
How it looks,
How it's swirling.
Is it going fast or slow?
Now I want you to bring your attention back to your breath,
Taking a deep breath in and exhaling life into this yellow light in your abdomen.
With each breath you are pulling in divine light,
And with each exhale you are filling the solar plexus.
This ball of energy is your personal power,
Your authenticity,
And your self-acceptance.
Let the yellow light fill your entire body,
Empowering your true self.
You are powerful,
You are authentic.
Now we're going to take another deep breath in,
And we are breathing in all the energy from the solar plexus.
And as we exhale,
We are breathing out the old,
Making way for the new.
Breathing in your personal power,
And exhale.
Breathing in acceptance of yourself,
And exhale.
Once more bring your attention back to this yellow light and notice how it is spinning in perfect alignment now.
Take a moment here to accept yourself in all your glory.
Let the yellow light fill your entire body,
Empowering your true self.
Now we will bring ourselves back to our physical body,
Becoming fully aware of the room we are in.
And when we are ready,
You may open your eyes.
