Testimonials

info

Gwen R. was a fabulous teacher. I loved her workshop. I gained so much knowledge and understanding of the issues facing me as I journeyed out of alcoholism. I learned many new tools that correlate perfectly with my love for yoga. Gwen led each session with the proper balance of group discussion and sharing, and then a yoga class blending the 12 steps and Chakras to make the experience deep and meaningful. Gwen sent me home with a positive glow and hope. I cannot wait until she returns to Kripalu again.
