Walking with the Goddess in Recovery is a women’s retreat designed to create space for reflection, connection, movement, and renewal within a supportive recovery-centered environment. Set within the peaceful natural surroundings of the Himalayan Institute, the retreat blends structured workshops with spacious moments for rest, community, and personal integration. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required.
