Details
The Somatic Sampler is a two part event created to help participants explore over 11 somatic and holistic modalities for mental health treatment. Both parts offer CEs through ASWB and NBCC for therapists. While intended for mental health professionals, wellness professionals, healthcare professionals, and coaches interested in somatic modalities are also welcome! Virtual Panel: In the virtual panel on September 23, 2026 from 12-4pm ET, 11 expert therapists will approach the same case study so we can see them in action, side-by-side. Feel free to register for this via our website. The In-Person Summit: At the in person summit from January 14-17, 2027 in Honesdale PA at the ashram at the Himalayan Institute, 15 speakers will guide a group of therapists deeper into each modality through highly experiential learning. This listing is for registering for the in-person summit WITHOUT CEs. If you would like CEs, you will need to check out through Wanderhome Retreats. So what exactly is this summit?? Picture this: 70 therapists and healers. A Kirtan welcome party. Rhythm to learn about EMDR. IFS and Ancestral work. SE and disability justice. Shamanism, Human Design, Reiki, Yoga Therapy, Expressive Arts, Somatic DBT, Brainspotting, Hypnosis, Past Life Regression, Ecotherapy, Ancestral and Spiritual Work, Breathwork, Sound Healing, and more. And lots of fun, optional extras from practitioner offerings to a scholastic book fair style vendor's night with a mental health spin. There are many paths to healing. One isn't better than another. But one may be a better fit for you at this time in your life. Come feel into what resonates with your nervous system and your practice. No gatekeeping, and no death by PowerPoint. Choose one or both events. This listing is for the in-person summit. It is available at our lowest price as it does NOT include CE credits. If you would like up to 19.75 CEs provided through ASWB or NBCC, please reach out for the direct link. In order to fulfill requirements you must register through the appropriate channels.
