Details

RESET is a private, one-to-one retreat by the sea in Yucatán for people who need distance from the noise, pressure, or confusion surrounding an important moment in their lives. The atmosphere is quiet, discreet, and intentionally unhurried, creating space to slow down, observe what is happening, and listen more clearly to one’s own voice. There is no rigid program or predetermined answer. Each retreat is shaped around the individual through private conversations, careful observation, thoughtful questions, and time away from the usual environment. The purpose is not to tell someone what to do, but to create the conditions in which greater clarity, perspective, and direction can begin to emerge. RESET may be meaningful for someone facing an important decision, a prolonged period of uncertainty, personal exhaustion, or a situation that has gradually started to take up too much space. It is not a clinic, rehabilitation center, detoxification program, or conventional group retreat. It is a private pause designed to help a person reconnect with their own judgment and capacity to choose.

Location

Telchac Puerto, Mexico

Telchac Puerto is a tranquil, charming coastal fishing village located along Yucatan's Gulf coast, roughly an hour northeast of Mérida. Known for its laid-back atmosphere, gentle turquoise waters, and powdery white sand beaches, it serves as a peaceful alternative to busier beach towns like Progreso. The town features a quaint seaside promenade (malecón) anchored by a historic lighthouse, a serene main plaza, and local eateries serving fresh seafood and traditional Yucatecan dishes. Visitors are drawn to its calm swimming conditions, close proximity to the pink salt lagoons of Xtampú and the ancient Maya ruins of X'cambó, and the vibrant wildlife, including pink flamingos and sea turtles that frequent the area.

Accommodation is provided in a carefully selected private coastal residence in Yucatán. The setting is quiet, comfortable, and discreet, with spaces chosen to support rest, privacy, and distance from the person’s usual environment. Because RESET is a one-to-one retreat, the residence is not shared with a group of participants. The exact property and location are confirmed privately once it has been determined that the retreat is appropriate for the person.

Meals at RESET are simple, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared to support comfort, rest, and clarity throughout the retreat. Because the experience is private and one-to-one, the menu can be adapted to the participant’s preferences, dietary needs, and any relevant restrictions shared in advance. The food is balanced and carefully selected, without following a rigid diet or detox program. Meals are served in a quiet, unhurried setting and form part of the overall atmosphere of privacy, care, and attention.

Schedule

RESET takes place over one private weekend, from Friday afternoon until Sunday after midday. The schedule is intentionally spacious and flexible, allowing time for rest, private conversations, reflection, and quiet observation. There is no rigid program or identical itinerary for every participant. Each day is shaped around the individual situation, with a balance of guided conversations, personal time, meals, walks, writing, and moments of silence. The purpose is to create enough distance from everyday pressure for the participant to see their circumstances more clearly, reconnect with their own judgment, and begin to recognize a direction that feels honest and sustainable.
