Details

This retreat is a full day set aside just for you. So many of us are carrying stress in our bodies without even realizing it, taking care of everyone else and waiting for life to slow down before we rest. This retreat gives you permission to stop waiting. The day is gentle, cozy, and unhurried. You won’t be working hard or pushing yourself. Everything is offered as an invitation, so you’re always free to rest, change positions, or take a break whenever you need to, and you never have to share more than feels right. We’ll move between time together in community and quiet time for your own reflection. The retreat is built on the same foundation as all of my programs: nervous system regulation, breath awareness, and new sensory experiences. It takes what we usually explore over six weeks and softens it into one restorative day. You’ll experience gentle somatic movement, guided meditation, breathwork, journaling, and a sound bath where you can simply lie back and receive. You’ll leave feeling calmer and more grounded, with simple tools you can keep using to help your body find its way back to calm. Lunch, coffee, tea, and snacks are included, along with a few surprise gifts to take home. No yoga experience needed. Just come as you are.

Schedule

How we’ll spend the day This is a gentle day. You won’t be pushing yourself or working hard. Everything is offered as an invitation, never a requirement. You’re always welcome to take a break, change positions, step out, or just rest. You know your body best, and I’ll trust you to listen to it. You’ll also never be asked to share anything you don’t want to. You can share as much or as little as feels right for you. Throughout the day, we’ll move between time in community and quiet time for your own reflection. You can expect: ✨ Gentle somatic movement that meets your body exactly where it is, no experience needed ✨ Guided meditation to help you settle and turn inward ✨ Breathwork to help you notice and shift how you’re feeling in real time ✨ A sound bath, where you can simply lie back, rest, and receive ✨ Journaling time to reflect, process, and reconnect to yourself If you have any questions, or there’s anything that would help you feel more comfortable on the day, like an injury or physical limitation I should know about, please reach out via email. I’m happy to help.
