Details

This isn't a typical retreat. It's a breath-led expedition through altitude, stillness, and connection in Northern India. Over ten days, we move slowly and intentionally through powerful landscapes, including five days at a remote eco-lodge where phones are set aside and the breath becomes the primary guide. India is not the attraction here. It's the context. The real journey is inward. The ambiance of this expedition is intentionally simple and spacious. With a small group (16 max) minimal distractions, and a steady daily rhythm, there's room to listen more deeply. At altitude, the body naturally asks for attention. Breath becomes louder. Sensation becomes clearer. The intent of this journey is reconnection. Not through effort or catharsis, but through breath, awareness, shared experience, and time away from constant stimulation. This expedition is for those who sense that something meaningful happens when we stop trying to fix ourselves and instead learn to listen. We aren't here to chase peak experiences or dramatic transformation. We're here to cultivate presence, internal steadiness, and capacity. Daily experiences include guided breathwork adapted for altitude, seated and walking meditation, gentle movement, polarity exercises, group reflection, and time alone for rest, journaling, or quiet contemplation. All practices are trauma-aware, grounded, and optional. Nothing is forced. Everything is invitational, allowing each participant to meet themselves where they are. Participants will leave with a deeper connection to their breath and body, a more regulated nervous system, and a renewed sense of clarity and perspective. Many experience a quality of presence that carries home, along with meaningful connection to others formed through shared simplicity and honesty. This isn't about changing who you are. It is about remembering how to be with yourself. This expedition is best suited for experienced travelers who are comfortable with simplicity, introspection, and uncertainty. It is designed for adults who feel ready for depth rather than comfort, and who are open to meeting themselves in a quieter, more honest way. It is not recommended for first-time travelers or those seeking luxury, entertainment, or constant guidance.
