Upali combines Buddhist wisdom with modern perspectives to help cultivate deep meditative states and their integration. You'll meet and connect with fellow practitioners also pursuing depth in their practice. The retreat center offers 3 courses of vegetarian or vegan home-made, love-infused and occasionally home-grown food, served in a self-service style. Kshanti tries to source as much local and organic food as possible. Welcome drink and snack is also served on the start of the retreat.

Schedule

The retreat will be held in Noble Silence, meaning that there’s very little talking, activity, or distraction. During the retreat, we will not use phones and the internet, and you will be able to maximize the amount of time each day that you spend meditating while at the same time participating in a community of practitioners and receiving support from teachers. Dharma talks will be held in the evenings, and you will have daily access to the teachers. Vegetarian meals will be provided as part of the registration fee. One-on-one sessions with Upali offer space to explore your practice, integrate insights, and deepen meditation practice. The interview schedule will be shared at the start of the retreat. Noble Noise is an optional daily group interview. It’s a way to have peer to peer interaction, share your practice, and learn from other practitioners on the retreat with you. Each session is facilitated by Upali.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 90 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 90 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 90 days before the retreat begins.
