Details
Breath & Soma is an intimate retreat for anyone longing to step away from the noise and listen more closely to what their body may already know. At the center of the weekend is Breathwork Mastery RBM, a gentle form of conscious connected breathing that emphasizes intention, nervous system support, and a psyche-led process. Rather than pushing for intensity, catharsis, or a dramatic breakthrough, we create the conditions for your experience to unfold naturally. Each breathwork journey begins by clarifying an intention: not a goal to force into existence, but a quiet orientation toward how you want to meet your life. From there, the breath becomes a way to notice sensations, soften holding patterns, and make space for insight and change. The retreat is held in a small-group setting with an unusually high level of facilitator support. Between sessions, there is room to rest, reflect, walk the land, soak in the outdoor hot tub, connect with others, or simply do nothing. Nourishing Ayurvedic-inspired meals are shared throughout the weekend, allowing you to settle into the retreat without having to think about feeding yourself or what comes next. Set on 40 acres in Missouri Heights with expansive views of Mount Sopris and the Elk Mountains, Breath & Soma offers a spacious, grounded environment for inner listening, meaningful connection, and returning to everyday life with greater clarity and self-trust.
