The town is famous for its beautiful beaches, especially Varkala Beach, which is a haven for sunbathing, swimming, and surfing. The resort has its own onsite vegan cafe. So we are lucky to experience authentic Indian cuisine without the diary. We will gather outside on our own dining table in the garden and be served breakfast and dinner together.

Schedule

We will enjoy an early yoga class designed to awaken the body in the morning, followed by a beautiful breakfast. You will have free time to sit around the pool, go for any ayurvedic treatment at the onsite spa, walk to the beach or indulge in more tasty food in the cafe. We will then meet again for an evening "moon practice" which is a restorative session and enjoy dinner under the stars after.
