This sacral chakra guided practice is designed to awaken, activate and balance the sacral chakra. It is accompanied by music specifically that correlates to this chakra. I offer affirmations within the meditation to use as a mantra if you wish, to assist you in raising the vibration further to healing.

Transcript

Begin by finding a comfortable position to rest in.

You may choose to sit cross-legged on the floor or sit in a chair.

Or if you choose to lie down,

Be sure your tailbone and heels of your feet are touching the ground.

Once you are settled,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath into your lower abdomen.

This is called the Hara,

Located two inches below the belly button.

Begin to follow the rhythm of your breath,

The natural rhythm,

Without regulating it,

Modulating it,

Or changing it in any way.

Experience the natural rhythm of your inhale and exhale in this moment.

As you continue to follow your breath,

Allow the gentle inhale and exhale to bring your body and mind together,

Centering your focus.

With each breath,

You notice you are breathing a little deeper and slower than you were before.

Deeper and slower.

You become more and more relaxed than you were before,

Releasing tension that may be stored in any part of your body.

Releasing and relaxing.

At this time,

Bring your attention again to your lower abdomen,

Just below your belly button.

Imagine a rich orange circular spiral vibrating fluidly.

This is your sacral chakra.

When in balance,

This second chakra connects us to our passions,

Emotions,

Creativity,

Sexuality and joy.

This second chakra allows us to find balance and be in the flow of life with ease and confidence.

Breathe deep into your sacral chakra.

Imagine this spiral becoming more and more fluid,

Flowing freely like a sacred river.

Freer and freer.

Easier and easier.

More and more fluid.

Inhale and exhale.

Surrender to the flow.

Stay with your breath and visualize this beautiful orange spiral emanating brighter and warmer.

Growing in intensity.

Bringing you a feeling of great joy,

Passion,

Creativity and confidence.

Enveloping you like a warm hug.

Flowing through you like a peaceful,

Calming river.

Breathe deep.

Release any fear of change.

Just let go.

Release any need to control.

Just surrender.

Breathe.

Inhale and exhale.

Allow yourself to go with the flow.

Inhale and exhale.

Breathe into the joy.

Consider these affirmations to assist you in going with the flow.

I am in the flow of my life.

I experience joy and pleasure without guilt.

I am in tune with my emotions and am adaptable to my surroundings.

I am able to surrender to my fears.

Sexuality flows through me fluidly and freely.

I am alive and joyful.

I am confident in my sexuality.

I move through life with grace and acceptance.

Connect back to your sacral chakra just below your belly button.

Connect with this rich orange spiral of energy.

Allow this energy to fill your entire being.

Feel it flow through you like a great river.

Filling up your cells,

Muscles,

Bones,

Veins.

Fluidly streaming through your entire being like sacred water.

Soothing you.

Calming you.

You may feel great emotions stirring.

Allow them to rise.

Allow them to flow.

Allow your passions,

Creativity,

Joy and confidence to grow in intensity.

Surrender.

Go with the flow.

All is well.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Bring your attention to your heart center.

Breathe into it.

Expand it.

Allow any last sense of anxiety,

Doubt,

Fear or resistance to melt away.

Let it all melt away.

Fill this space with compassion,

Forgiveness,

Trust,

And acceptance.

All is well.

Breathe one last time into your sacral chakra,

Just below the belly button.

Take a nice deep breath.

Allow gratitude to fill your being.

Give thanks for taking the time to connect to your sacral chakra,

To your passions and emotions,

And to your highest self.

All is well.

It's time to bring your attention back into your own body,

Into this space,

Becoming more and more aware of your natural breath in this moment.

Aware of your fingers and toes.

Aware of the sounds around you.

Breathe into your entire body.

Take a few more breaths.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.
