Transcript

Begin by finding a comfortable position to rest in.

You may choose to sit cross-legged on the floor or sit in a chair.

Or if you choose to lie down,

Be sure your spine is straight and your tailbone and the heels of your feet are touching the ground.

Once you are settled,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath into your lower abdomen.

This is called the Hara.

Located 2 inches below the belly button.

Begin to follow the rhythm of your breath,

The natural rhythm,

Without regulating it,

Modulating it,

Or changing it in any way.

Just the natural rhythm of your inhale and exhale in this moment.

As you continue to follow your breath,

Allow the gentle inhale and exhale to bring your body and mind together,

Centering your focus.

With each breath you notice you are breathing a little deeper and slower than you were before.

You become more and more relaxed than you were before,

Releasing any tension that may be stored in any part of your body.

Releasing and relaxing.

This time bring your attention to your abdomen just below your rib cage and above your belly button.

Breathe into it.

Imagine a bright yellow circular spiral vibrating intensely.

With each breath you allow it to expand,

Growing in intensity,

Vibrating brighter and warmer.

Like a hot flame.

This is your solar plexus chakra.

When in balance,

This third chakra shines brightly,

Allowing us to feel vital,

Cheerful,

Strong,

And follow through with our ideas and tasks to completion.

It gives us a strong sense to persevere.

It is our power center.

Breathe deep into your solar plexus chakra.

With each inhale and exhale imagine this power center filling you up with incredible courage,

Vitality,

Self-respect,

Dignity,

Assertiveness,

And inner drive.

Inhale and exhale.

Exhale and exhale.

Imagine this power moving up your spine to your solar plexus and spreading throughout your entire being.

Take the risk.

Be confident.

Be strong.

Feel the fire in your belly expand giving you a strong sense of confidence in yourself.

A strong sense of belonging.

Enter joy and clarity.

Give in to your power center.

Surrender.

Consider these affirmations to assist you in asserting your personal power.

I am strong.

I am powerful.

I am brave.

I am focused.

I follow my intuition easily and freely.

I give myself permission to step into my greatness.

I am able to weather life storms with grace and dignity.

Connect back to your solar plexus chakra.

Breathe deep into it.

Feel this bright yellow spiral in your belly becoming larger and larger.

Breathing throughout your entire being.

Enforming your body,

Pulsating like the sun.

You notice you feel stronger and stronger.

Braver and braver.

Happier and happier.

Clearer and clearer.

All is well.

Bring your attention to your heart center.

Breathe into it.

Allow it to expand.

Allow any last sense of doubt,

Fear,

Insecurity or resistance to melt away.

Let it all melt away.

Fill your heart center with love.

Compassion.

Trust and acceptance.

All is well.

Breathe one last time into your solar plexus chakra,

Your third chakra.

Take a nice deep slow breath.

Allow gratitude to fill your being.

Give thanks to yourself for taking the time to connect to your solar plexus chakra.

For taking the time to connect to your courage.

And taking the time to connect to your highest self.

It's time to bring your attention back into your physical body.

Into this space.

Becoming more and more aware of the breath in this moment.

Aware of your fingers and toes.

Aware of the sounds around you.

Breathe into your entire being.

Take a few more breaths.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

did this meditation at 9pm at night after I forgot to do my daily chakra meditation in the morning. you can tell its a good guide when you can feel the chakra gain heaviness in your body!!
