This meditation is dedicated to connecting to your soul and your higher self.
So get comfortable,
Either sitting on a chair or pillow or lying on the floor.
Make sure your spine is straight,
Tailbone is touching the chair,
Pillow or floor.
And either close your eyes or gently focus downward in front of you.
Take a deep breath from your lower abdomen,
The energy center called the Hara,
Which is located 2 inches below the belly button.
It is known as the center of life and creation.
Breathing through your nose,
Just allow your abdomen to expand gently open and begin to follow the rhythm of your breath.
As you exhale,
Allow any tension or grasping or tightening to release.
I invite you to place your right hand over your heart center in the middle of your chest and your left hand over your lower abdomen area,
The Hara.
In Reiki,
This position is known as the universal position.
It allows you to stay grounded and gives you a focal point to return to when your mind wanders.
Continue to follow the rhythm of your breath.
At this time,
Bring your attention to your internal physical being as if you are an explorer within your own body.
Become aware of all the cells that you are made of.
Tap into their vibration,
Their consciousness.
Connect your awareness to your organs,
Your bones,
Your nervous system and blood flowing through your veins.
Just observe with no judgment and breathing into all of it.
And as you exhale,
Continue to allow any tension or grasping or tightening to just melt away.
Bring your attention now to the middle of your forehead,
Right between your eyes.
This is your sixth chakra.
Envision this energy wheel,
The color of indigo,
And breathe into it.
This is your connection to intuition,
Vision,
Intellect and connection to your higher self.
Allow it to expand and grow in size and flow throughout your entire being.
Bring your attention to your heart center.
Breathe into your energy of compassion,
Devotion and unconditional love.
This is your fourth chakra,
Your heart chakra.
You can choose if you want it to be green or pink,
Whether you need more healing or comforting.
It's your choice.
Allow this energy center to fill you up,
Expand throughout your entire being.
Release any judgment,
Expectation.
And observe.
Check into any thoughts or feelings and allow them to be.
Embrace them.
Breathe into them.
Entering yourself,
Compassion and unconditional love.
Gently tune your attention to the top of your head,
Your crown.
Imagine a violet colored lotus blossom with a thousand petals.
Envision this lotus blossom opening up and allowing a white light to flow right into you like a waterfall.
Gently streaming down,
Awakening and expanding your own awareness and consciousness.
Let it envelop you and offer you complete,
Infinite,
Total,
Unconditional love.
Complete knowingness,
Comfort,
Peace and understanding.
This is your seventh chakra connection directly to spirit.
And with each breath,
You feel more and more awakened,
More and more aware.
And tapped in to your consciousness and its subtle energy frequencies.
Continue to connect to the refined quality of this vibration of your awareness.
Connect to the infinite,
Unconditional love all around you.
Let it expand your heart.
Listen to the silence within you.
Listen with your energy.

And your high self.
