Welcome to this meditation.
This one is going to work with the energy of Jade and it's going to help cleanse and clear our heart space,
Your heart chakra,
Remove negative emotions and build up from that space.
To begin just get comfortable,
Either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and begin by taking some deep breaths.
Just take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Let your shoulders drop,
Let your jaw relax.
Keep breathing.
Sometimes thoughts will pop into your mind,
That's normal.
Just see them and let them go.
Know they will be there to pick up later on after this meditation is finished.
For now I want you to start by imagining you are holding in your left hand a piece of the stone Jade.
It's a green oval,
Very smooth and polished piece of stone and it lies slightly heavy in your left hand.
From the stone now rises waves of forest green light.
They travel up your left arm,
Through your left shoulder and into your heart space.
As the green waves travel up your arm and into your body you feel a sense of relief and respite.
Just like the kind of feeling you get on a really hot summer's day and you step in under the shade of a cool big tree and that coolness is like a sigh of relief on your face.
The intensity of the sun is gone and for the moment you just feel relief.
The waves of green energy continue flowing up your arm and they are bringing coolness and relaxation into your heart space.
Now I want you to see the waves slowly start to spin in a clockwise direction.
They're forming a slow spiral in your heart and as they start to spin they are giving your heart space an emotional scrub.
Their job is to take away anything,
Any negative energy that no longer serves you.
Anything that is no longer in your highest good.
As your heart beats and the blood moves through the heart,
The blood is also being cleansed.
All of the blood system,
All of the circulation in your body is going to have the negative energy removed.
It's going to be absorbed by these green waves of light.
You're getting a physical and emotional scrub of this part of your body.
Just let go,
Keep breathing,
Relax and imagine that any emotions such as guilt,
Resentments,
Judgments from the past,
Let them be absorbed away from your heart and into these green lights.
Now we're going to take the jade stone from the left hand.
I want you to move it and place it into your right hand.
Again feel the coolness,
Feel the polished surface,
Sit heavily in the right hand and on the next breath the spiral is going to release the waves and they are going to move through your right shoulder,
Down the length of your right arm,
Out of your hand and into the jade.
The jade is volunteered to take away our negative energies,
To remove the things that are no longer serving you.
The jade stone will take this energy and transmute it to love and light for the used again by the universe.
There's nothing to fear by this process,
No one will get hurt by this release.
The energy will just move on and be turned into good.
Take some deep breaths.
As you breathe out let the waves travel down your right arm,
Out of your body and into the stone.
And don't worry if not everything is removed today,
We are always evolving and moving in our lives.
You can return to this meditation as many times as you like,
Whenever you need to continue this process of healing.
Now today we've created some space,
Now is a good time to let go of anything that is ready to go today.
When the stone is full,
When all the waves have passed down into the jade,
I want you now to imagine you are standing on the shores of a large lake.
Soft low waves are lapping near your feet.
The water is warm and when you are ready you'll take the jade,
Fling it far out into the waters of this healing lake.
Throw it now far out as far as you can,
Watch the ripples as it hits the surface and sinks into this lake where the waters will take this energy and transfer it into love and light.
Now take another big deep breath in right into the back of your lungs.
Maybe you'll find you feel lighter in the heart space,
In the chest.
Maybe you'll find you can breathe deeper than you did at the beginning of this meditation.
Know now that the space you have created can be filled with gratitude,
Abundance and all the gifts life is ready to offer you.
If you are in bed,
Feel free now to drift off to sleep.
If you are returning to your day,
Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Become aware of the sounds in the room around you.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Give yourself a smile,
Go with gratitude into this wonderful day.
