Welcome to this meditation.
This one uses the energy of citrine that will help you process the emotion of anger from a particular issue in your life at this time.
To get started,
Just get comfortable sitting or lying down.
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Slowly roll your shoulders a couple of times and let them relax.
Loosen the muscles in your neck,
Jaw,
Keep your hips a little wiggle and then allow everything to come to stillness.
Imagine now from where you are sitting or lying down strong orange roots of light expanding from your feet and the base of your spine down into the earth.
The roots are spreading and travelling,
They reach down and connect with an orange ball of light deep in the centre of the earth.
Here the magma boils and flows over itself creating a constant dynamic energy to support the earth and all who dwell on its surface.
Breathe in and feel the strength and warmth of this place into your body.
Feel it fill you with relaxation and peace.
See now the roots of life force energy that have come from you merge together to form a tunnel of orange light extending from you down into the core of the earth.
Slowly now slip down into this tunnel.
It brings you slowly,
Gently floating down into the core.
Here you enter an orange cavern softly glowing with the light of a fire burning in the centre of the room.
On the other side of this fire is a yellow glowing being.
This represents the energy of citrine and she welcomes you to this warm safe space.
Here she says deep in the earth you are invited to look deep within to examine and explore your deeper or heavier emotions.
The things we try to avoid when we are living on the surface.
On the surface of the earth and the surface of our lives.
Sometimes she says you need to get down to rock bottom to acknowledge what is underneath.
What is really bothering you.
Citrine says your soul has been forged in this fire.
It's not always an easy journey but the fire is cleansing and we can use it to remove the layers from our anger.
Find the lesson it has to offer us.
She passes you now a large yellow crystal to hold in your hands.
Gaze into its surface and call to mind an instant or person or situation you have anger and resentment about.
Try to remember you are not the anger itself but it is a feeling flowing through you.
It arises to protect us to say hey I don't like this treatment I am worth more than this.
When we acknowledge the anger inside us it can pass on wisdom and lessons for our personal growth.
Take a moment now to witness a short replay of the incident.
Watch it like a movie in the crystal.
It is separate to you playing in front of you instead of inside you.
Think about what in the story is causing you the anger.
Were your boundaries crossed?
Were your opinions not heard?
What has this story taught you about yourself?
What won't you stand for next time if a similar situation arises?
Sometimes it is anger at ourselves or maybe the whole situation was beyond your control and the lesson is not to blame yourself or look for what you could have done differently but to love yourself and not let the event affect your self-worth.
When the replays finish place the crystal onto the fire.
See the flames peel back the layers of your story and set them free.
Watch the smoke take them away and out of the chamber.
Say now to yourself thank you for being brave.
Thank you for going on this journey and starting to examine the feelings inside.
Thank you for the insight this experience has given me as I now know what I will not accept in my field and in my life in the future.
Thank you for protecting me anger.
For showing me where I need to set a strong boundary or reduce contact with someone or even perceive an old belief or pattern in myself that can now be released along with the anger or resentment.
You may not be ready to forgive the other party and that is okay.
For now it is enough to acknowledge the anger and let it move through you by finding the lesson it has come to reveal to you.
If you feel ready to move on from this story or incident and wish to reduce its power say now I release anger regarding this instant.
I release it from my mind.
I release it from my physical body and I release it from my energetic field.
Place your hands on your body and send white light into the place the anger used to occupy.
Maybe it's your heart or belly or forehead.
Let that whole be filled with peace and gratitude for yourself for being willing to undertake this journey.
Take a deep breath in.
Let it go on alongside.
The fire in the center of the room has died down now.
Satrine embraces you and leads you by the hand to the tunnel entrance.
You enter the soft orange light floats you gently now back up the orange roots and returns you to your resting body.
Take another deep cleansing breath.
Feel into the space around you.
Find equilibrium.
Slowly start to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Be gentle with yourself today following this meditation.
Drink plenty of water.
As emotions may continue to arise keep breathing through them.
Acknowledge it is okay to feel all your emotions.
It may take time for an energetic release of anger to be complete.
Well done for being courageous to start a process of consciously healing and finding your most joyful life.
