Always find a comfortable and safe place where you can relax and where nobody will interrupt you for the next few minutes.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes,

And with your eyes closed,

Take a quick scan of your body.

How's your body feeling right now?

Is it feeling heavy?

Does it feel light?

Is there any tension in your body?

Now,

Notice what is in your mind.

What are you feeling?

What are you thinking about?

Are you still thinking about anything in particular?

That's it.

And now,

We're going to let go of your day.

I'm going to ask you to just lay there and listen to what I'm going to tell you.

I will be asking you several thought-provoking questions that will help you to reflect on your life,

Manifest and attract miracles in all areas of your life.

And this will help you to work towards improving your life from your subconsciousness.

These questions will cover various aspects of your life,

Including your personal growth,

Relationships,

Career,

Well-being,

And many more.

You don't have to try to answer these questions,

However,

Use of consciousness will work effortlessly to stimulate your mind and come up with the answers.

Some of those answers will come right away,
