Before we get started,
We're going to do a simple three cycle breathing exercise to clear our mind,
Clear our body,
And to clear our spirit.
Allowing us to open up and relax.
The simple three cycle breathing exercise is an inhale through your nostrils,
A hold and tightening of your abdomen,
And then a release through your nostrils.
And we do that three times.
So let's get started.
Inhale through your nose.

One last time.
Inhale through your nose.
And hold.
And release.
Open and relax.
Just let the gravity of the planet we live on pull you into a relaxed and natural state.
Kind of wiggle your fingertips,
Wiggle your toes,
And relax.

I am healthy.
I am whole.
My body is perfectly sound.
I am flexible,
And I am flowing.
I easily wake up in the morning.
I eat foods that are naturally good for me.
I feel wonderful when I see my body in the mirror.
I love every part of my body.
My body loves every part of me.
I feel good as I age.
I like how my body feels.
I am always surprised by how good I feel.
I open the door to new healthy options in my life.
I'm naturally attracted to foods that are healthy for me.
The food I eat builds strong bones and a healthy vascular system.
My immune system is strong.
Every ligament and tendon works in perfect harmony.
I easily stretch my body,
And it feels good.
I feel physically strong and productive.
My coordination is outstanding.
My body loves me.
I love my body.
People tell me all the time I look healthy and well.
Believers and supporters surround me.
I am naturally attracted to foods that build a healthy body.
I see healthy people everywhere.
People tell me all the time how great I look.
I love every part of my body.
My internal organs are in perfect balance.
My bones are strong.
My skin is clear.
My face is vibrant.
My senses are fantastic.
I love how I feel.
I am in tune with my body.
I listen to my body and react appropriately.
I am always open to healthy options.
I live a well-balanced life.
I surround myself with people who are healthy and focused on a good life.
