My name is Robert Christiansen.
Thank you for joining me.
Today we're going to do some affirmations that will help us build a healthy body.
These are simple,
Straightforward affirmations that work every time.
And the reason they work every time is because the spoken word is the most powerful force available.
Repeat it enough,
Your subconscious will absorb it as true.
And then repeat it habitually on your behalf.
So we might as well put some good,
Healthy affirmations inside our brain.
Alright,
So let's get started.
I'd like you to get settled in.
You can sit in a chair or someplace comfortable on the floor and place your palms up on your lap.
Close your eyes and lift your chin so that it's level to the floor.
We're going to do three simple breath exercises.
And I want you to breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.
Very simple.
We're going to breathe in,
Hold it for a ten count and then release it.
So here we go.
You ready?
Breathe out.
Now inhale.
And hold.
Now release.
Inhale.
And hold.
And let that go.
Here's our last one.
Inhale.
And hold.
And let that go.
Let's get a catch up breath.
And let that go as well.
And relax.
Open and relax.
Now,
Repeat after me.
I am healthy.
I am whole.
All my body parts work in perfect harmony.
I love how I feel.
I have an unlimited source of love for my body.
My bones and my blood work in perfect harmony.
When I look in the mirror,
I see perfection.
I am complete.
I am perfect.
I am mobile and flexible.
I am powerful.
I am whole.
I accept my body completely.
I love every part of my body.
I can easily move about.
I see perfection in every aspect of my body.
I am calm.
I am embraced by a loving source.
I am naturally attracted to foods that are healthy.
I eat food that is healthy for me.
I am at the perfect body weight.
When I look in the mirror,
I see myself in a loving glow.
I have confidence in my body's healing ability.
I accept my body.
I accept my body.
I find my body acceptable.
I love every aspect of my body.
I breathe love and light to every part of my body.
Now take your time and relax.
