Welcome to the healthy and whole body I AM meditation.
Changing your thoughts will change your life.
So let's get started.
In this practice,
We're going to settle down,
Find yourself a comfortable place to sit or lay down.
You can do this with either your eyes open or closed.
It's your choice.
The key is,
Is to repeat these I AM mantras out loud so that you can hear them and feel the vibration inside you.
I'll pause after each saying so that you can repeat it.
Before we get started,
Let's get ourselves relaxed and in the right mindset.
We're going to do a breathing exercise where we're going to take three breaths.
We're going to breathe in.
We're going to hold it.
And what I'd like you to do is have a little bit of tension inside your body by clenching your fists and then hold that breath.
Then when I say release,
Release the air out,
Big exhalation like that while releasing the tension in your body and completely relax.
Okay.
So here we go.
We're going to do this three times.
Breathe in,
Hold,
And release.
Breathe in,
Hold,
And release.
And last time,
Breathe in and release.
Great.
Let that tension roll off your shoulders,
Flex your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
And just relax and open and soften.
Just open yourself up a bit.
Here we go.
All right.
All positive,
All productive,
Heading in the right direction of the sun,
In the direction of love,
In the direction of wholeness.
Repeat after me.
I am healthy and whole.
I am whole and complete.
Every part of my body works in perfect harmony.
My health is perfect in every way.
I am flexible and flowing.
I am strong and beautiful.
I eat mindfully.
I desire food that supports my healthy body.
I am ecstatic with my physical wellbeing.
Believers and supporters surround me.
My mind is complete and whole.
I feel amazing.
I love every part of my body.
I am kind to myself.
I love my body.
I am physically complete and sound.
Everything works out to my highest benefit.
I am healthy and whole.
I am whole and complete.
Every part of my body works in perfect harmony.
My health is perfect in every way.
I am flexible and flowing.
I am strong and beautiful.
I eat mindfully.
