Welcome to this journey with Robert C.
Thank you for joining me today.
Before we get started,
Let's get our body into the right posture and condition to receive the most information that is available today.
If you are seated,
Place your feet flat on the floor.
If you are seated on the floor,
Cross your legs in a lotus position.
Now,
Rotate your hips slightly forward so that your back arches just a bit.
Place your hands palms up on your lap or on your knees.
Now,
If you are seated,
Place your hands palms up on your lap or on your knees.
Close your eyes and lift your chin parallel to the floor,
Allowing your gaze to drop between your eyebrows.
As this is the most open position to receive all of the spiritual enlightenment,
Guidance and love that is available to you.
Now,
Release all the air out of your lungs through your nostrils.
Tighten your stomach and inhale through your nostrils as much as you can.
And hold.
Hold.
And release through your nostrils.
Keep your stomach tight and inhale.
And hold.
And hold.
Hold.
And release through your nostrils.
Keep your stomach tight.
We're gonna do this one more time.
And inhale.
And hold.
Hold.
And release through your nose.
And relax.
And relax.
Relax and open.
As we step into our journey together,
Open and relax.
Open and relax.
Imagine a large whiteboard in front of you.
It's on wheels.
And all of the thoughts that you have going through your head show up on this whiteboard.
Thoughts of money,
Family,
What's gonna happen today.
Even thoughts about where this meditation is going.
Simply move the whiteboard off to the side and let it roll away.
Take a big breath in through your nostrils.
And release it.
And release it.
Take a breath.
And step into an elevator.
The doors close.
And you realize that this elevator goes down.
You press the button that says my heart.
And you start to descend.
Passing your throat.
Passing through the upper part of your chest and your shoulders.
And then it stops.
And the doors slowly open.
And there is your heart working away.
Endlessly,
Tirelessly.
Keeping you alive.
And you put your arms around it.
And you say thank you.
Thank you for everything that you do for me.
And thank you for moving all the blood through my system.
And thank you for the connection to my family.
Thank you for the connection to my community.
And thank you for the love that you share with me.
And as your heart is pumping,
You've noticed a very small spiral rotating around and around.
It becomes larger and larger.
And you step towards it while taking a breath.
And it pulls you into your own heart.
And in this heart space are all of the things that you've learned.
All of the beauty,
All of the pain,
It's all there.
And the sun is shining.
There are birds chirping.
There is a meadow of grass.
There is a small waterfall that leads to a stream that easily flows through the meadow.
You hear your heart pumping.
And the rhythm is so smooth and easy.
You place your hands on the grass,
Smooth and slightly wet.
And you're ready to go.
And you're ready to go.
And you're ready to go.
And you're ready to go.
You place your hands on the grass,
Smooth and slightly wet.
As you look around,
There is a bench that faces the meadow and the stream,
And you can hear the waterfall and the bump,
Bump,
Bump,
Bump,
Bump of your heart.
And as you sit down on the bench,
The beautiful rays of sun warm the front of your body.
And you realize you're not alone.
You've come to this place to see yourself.
You see your five-year-old self.
He walks up to you,
Crawls into your lap,
And you hug and kiss on him.
They squeeze you around the neck.
They squeeze you around the neck.
You kiss them on the forehead,
And you say,
I love you.
Turn to the sun and say,
I love you.
The five-year-old child jumps down off of your lap,
Smiles and hugs your leg.
And then disappears.
You stand up,
Deeply grateful for the opportunity and time.
You step back towards the circling,
The small opening,
And you take a breath,
And you hug and kiss on him,
And you say,
I love you.
And you say,
I love you.
The small opening,
And you take a breath as you move back through into the outside of your beating heart.
You say thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you for all that you do for me.
You say everything depends on you,
And thank you for all the love that you have brought to me in my life,
For taking care of me all the time.
You step back into the elevator,
And you press the top floor.
The doors slowly close as you ascend past your shoulder,
Past your throat,
To the top,
And as the doors slide open,
You step out.
You breathe in,
And you breathe out.
Thankful for the opportunity.
Thankful for the opportunity.
And when you feel you're ready,
Say I'm ready,
And open your eyes.
Thank you for joining me on this journey.
This is Robert C.
And I love you.
Thank you.
