Welcome and thank you for being here.
This meditation is a space to rest,
A space to listen.
A space to remember that you are not behind and you are not late.
Let your eyes close gently and take a slow breath in and allow it to fill you.
And as you exhale,
Let the weight of the day fall away.
Nothing needs to be solved here.
Nothing needs to be decided.
This is simply a moment to sit inside your own life and listen for what is quietly asking for your attention.
Feel your body where it's supported beneath you.
The steadiness.
The simplicity of being held by this moment.
Let your breath become unforced,
Natural,
Easy.
And with each exhale,
Imagine softening just a little bit more the forehead,
The jaw,
The shoulders,
The belly.
And as the body settles,
The deeper layers of you begin to surface.
Many of us carry a quiet urgency to know what we're meant to do,
To be certain about our direction,
To justify our place in the world.
If you feel that pressure,
You don't need to push it away.
Simply notice it.
And gently ask yourself.
.
.
What if my purpose doesn't need to be forced?
What if it doesn't need to be rushed?
Let that question hang in the air without needing an answer.
Sometimes clarity arrives not through effort but through permission.
Now,
Consider this possibility.
What if your purpose is not something that you must discover,
But something that is already in relationship with you?
Something that has been circling your life quietly,
Returning again and again,
Through patterns,
Through invitations,
Through moments that won't let you go.
Bring to mind something.
It can be a theme,
A curiosity,
A kind of work or a way of being that keeps reappearing in your life.
Not because you chased it,
But because it keeps finding you.
And notice how your body responds as you think of it.
There may be warmth.
Or emotion.
Or a sense of recognition.
This is not coincidence.
This is life speaking in its own language.
Now,
Gently ask inwardly,
What is asking for me right now?
Not what should I do,
Not what would look good,
Not what would make sense to others,
But what is quietly asking for my care,
My presence,
My devotion.
Let the answer come slowly.
It may arrive as a feeling,
An image,
Or a sense of direction without words.
Purpose often begins this way,
As a soft request,
Not a command.
And stay with whatever is here.
Let it deepen.
There are seasons in a life.
Times of building,
Times of resting,
Times of preparing beneath the surface.
You may be in a season of action,
Or a season of listening,
Or a season of letting go.
Ask yourself gently,
What season am I in right now?
And then ask,
What would it mean to honor this season instead of resisting it?
And feel the relief that comes when you stop asking yourself to be somewhere else.
Purpose unfolds more easily when you allow yourself to be where you truly are in each moment.
Now let's take a slow breath in.
And let it move through your whole body.
A gentle,
Slow exhale.
Let everything you touched in this meditation settle into your chest,
The release of pressure,
The sense of being called the permission to trust your timing.
You don't need the full picture.
You only need to stay in relationship with what is alive and honest for you now.
That is enough.
And now,
As you return to your day,
Carry this knowing with you.
Your life is not random.
Your questions are not mistakes,
And your purpose is definitely not lost.
It is unfolding through listening,
Through presence.
Through your willingness to respond to what calls you quietly.
I invite you to take one final breath and really feel your entire body here.
Feel that calling.
Quietly whispering inside of you.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
