Welcome,
And thank you for being here.
This meditation is not meant to rush you,
Or frighten you,
Or push you into action.
It is an invitation to slow down enough to listen to what truly matters.
Now let your eyes close gently.
Take a slow breath in and feel your body receive the air.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to arrive exactly as you are.
There is nothing wrong with this moment.
There's nothing missing from you here.
Now feel the surface beneath you.
Steady,
Reliable presence.
Let your breath become natural,
Unforced,
And decent.
And with every exhale,
Release one layer of tension.
From the forehead.
The jaw.
The shoulders.
The belly.
Let your body know it is safe to be here.
When the body softens,
Truth becomes easier to hear.
So much of life is lived in urgency,
Trying to get somewhere,
Trying to become someone,
Trying to stay ahead of regret.
For a moment.
Let yourself step out of that current.
Imagine placing urgency down beside you.
You don't need to get rid of it.
Just let it rest for a little bit.
Notice how that feels.
To not be chasing the future or defending the past.
But simply sitting inside your life.
In this moment.
There is space.
To see clearly.
Now imagine a moment far in the future.
Not in a dramatic way,
Not in fear,
Just imagine yourself near the end of your life.
All there.
Slower,
Resting.
You're not alone.
There is a quiet dignity in this moment.
From this place.
You're not judging your life.
You're simply witnessing it.
You look back,
Not at achievements or failures,
But at how you lived.
How you love God.
Honestly,
He showed up.
Deeply you allowed yourself to be just yourself.
And from this place of wisdom,
Notice what matters most.
Not what impressed others,
Not what looked good on the outside,
But what truly mattered to you.
And now gently ask yourself,
What would I regret not having lived if I'm honest?
Not what you think you should regret,
But what your heart quietly knows.
It may not be dramatic.
It may be subtle.
Perhaps it's truth left unspoken.
Love without.
Joy Puspo.
A part of you never fully expressed.
Just let whatever arises be met with compassion.
This is not here to shame you.
It is here to guide you.
Because regret,
When listened to gently,
Becomes wisdom.
And now,
From this future perspective,
Feel into something else.
You realize there is still time.
Time to choose differently.
Time to be braver.
Time to live more alive.
And ask yourself within,
What do I want to live now while I still can?
What wants more space in your life?
And what wants less?
Let the answers come slowly,
More as feelings.
Clarity.
As quiet results.
Purpose often reveals itself here.
Not as ambition,
But as devotion to what truly matters.
Now take a slow breath in.
Feel the air move through your whole body and exhale gently.
Let everything you touched in this meditation settle inside you.
The honesty.
The tenderness,
The clarity.
You don't need to change your whole life today.
But you can begin.
By not abandoning what you know is true.
Purpose is not about doing more.
It is about living in a way your future self can rest inside.
And as you return to your day.
Carry this knowing with you that your life is precious,
Your presence matters,
And you still have time to live in alignment with what is real for you.
Take one final breath.
Feel your body here.
Feel the quiet gravity of this truth.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
