Welcome and thank you for being here.

I'm Ray DiMana and these meditations are created to help you reconnect with the deeper truth inside you,

The part of you that knows why you're here,

What matters most and how you're meant to live your life.

Let's begin.

Begin by slowing your breath.

Let your jaw soften.

Let your shoulders lower.

Let your belly loosen.

Imagine your mind as a lake.

Most days the surface is disturbed.

Thoughts,

Pressure,

Comparison.

Beneath the surface there is stillness,

There is clarity.

With each exhale let one layer of noise fall away.

What others want from you,

What you think you should be doing,

The pressure to be more,

Do more,

Achieve more.

Let it all sink.

Now imagine slipping beneath the surface into the quiet calm water where your true voice lives.

Ask softly what is true for me right now and ask again if nothing else mattered what would I choose?

This is your real voice,

Subtle but clear.

Promise yourself you will give it space.

Breathe deeply,

Rise gently back to the surface,

Carrying this truth with you.
