This short meditation is an invitation to pause… to step out of doing mode… and to gently remember the deeper intention that brought you into this life. In just three minutes, you’ll be guided to: • Slow down and soften your awareness • Shift from surface-level thinking to deeper sensing • Reconnect with what feels meaningful and true for you • Touch a sense of direction beyond pressure or comparison This practice is especially supportive when you feel disconnected, uninspired, or caught in the momentum of everyday life — or anytime you want to realign with what matters most. You don’t need to define your purpose. Just remember the feeling of it. Best enjoyed as a morning grounding, a midday reset, or before making important choices.
