In just three minutes, you’ll be guided to: • Slow down and soften your awareness • Shift from surface-level thinking to deeper sensing • Reconnect with what feels meaningful and true for you • Touch a sense of direction beyond pressure or comparison This practice is especially supportive when you feel disconnected, uninspired, or caught in the momentum of everyday life — or anytime you want to realign with what matters most. You don’t need to define your purpose. Just remember the feeling of it. Best enjoyed as a morning grounding, a midday reset, or before making important choices.

Welcome and thank you for being here.

I'm Ray DiMana and these meditations are created to help you reconnect with the deeper truth inside you,

The part of you that knows why you're here,

What matters most and how you're meant to live your life.

Let's begin.

Now if it feels right for you,

You can close your eyes gently and feel your breath moving in and out.

Each inhale clears a little fog.

Each exhale softens something inside you.

There is a memory within you older than your name,

Older than your experiences,

The memory of why you came.

You don't need to search for it.

You only need to soften enough to remember.

Imagine entering the vast quiet inner landscape,

A place where only truth remains.

In this place you feel a presence,

The wise one inside you,

The one who has always known.

Ask them silently,

What have I always known about my purpose?

And trust whatever arises,

A word,

A sensation,

An image or a feeling.

Allow another breath to open you.

You came here to give something only you can give,

To contribute something essential,

To express something true.

You don't need the whole path,

Only this remembering.

Breath in and a breath out.
