This is Rasa.
Welcome to your abundance meditation.
I imagine that by now you have found your comfortable position for this meditation practice.
And so now,
Close your beautiful eyes.
Let your awareness focus on your body positioned for this meditation.
Observe your arms resting.
Relax them even more.
Observe the position of your legs.
Let go if you are tensing your hip flexors.
If needed,
Reposition your shoulders up and back,
Lengthening through the crown of your head.
Relax.
Now relax your belly.
Make it softer.
Make your breath a little longer,
But keep it soft.
Keep it natural.
Feel the flow of fresh oxygen slowly filling your upper lungs,
Then your lower lungs,
Then your belly.
Relax.
Watch your body rest here.
Feel the calming effect of your awareness on it.
Letting go even further as you listen to my calming voice taking you on a journey through deep levels of your subconscious mind.
Your body will continue to feel more and more blessed.
When we take the breath,
We do not hold onto it.
We exhale and we let go knowing the next breath is coming.
Same way if we hold onto something in life,
We do not allow other things to come in,
Especially when we hold onto beliefs that vibrate the energy of stagnation.
So just like you effortlessly let go of the breath on the exhale and the next,
Intend to release any beliefs that do not help create abundance.
Find and free yourself right here and right now.
I want you to visualize yourself sitting on the edge of the most beautiful,
Clearest,
Finest lake you can possibly imagine.
The water is so pure,
So crystal clear.
Water is so clean you could drink straight from the lake.
And is just setting right in front of you.
The orange and yellow path is reflected from the sun on the water.
The lake is calm.
You are calm.
Your face is coloured in the setting sun palette of colours.
The whole setting is like you are in another dimension,
Another realm with unique colours and ambience.
Relaxing,
Sitting by the lake,
Tranquil and open for your abundance waiting to flow in.
But what is stopping it right now?
Which belief is being the roadblock in this moment?
Search within yourself.
Look yourself,
Which belief or beliefs are stopping the flow today?
Now,
Visualize looking to the left and seeing blank sheets of paper and a pencil.
See yourself picking it up and writing down the belief or beliefs you want to let go of today.
Now,
Visualize folding this paper and laying it onto the clear water.
The transforming in front of your eyes into a white paper boat.
As soon as the paper boat forms,
The water begins to form a stream,
Pulling the boat towards the sun faster and faster.
You mentally leave that belief with the paper boat moving further away from you with each passing moment.
You follow the boat with your inner vision until it disappears into the sunset.
Feeling lighter,
Still very relaxed.
Now,
Think of a belief you would like to plant in your conscious and subconscious minds.
Something that may be simple or effective,
Or something that may seem outrageous and bold.
Make that what you feel the most today.
Now pick up another piece of paper and a pencil again.
Begin to write down your new powerful belief or beliefs.
As you trace the letters,
The writing begins to glow and glimmer as if you were writing in stardust.
Powered by your intention and supported by the power of this universe.
Notes appearing on the sheet of paper,
Almost floating off it,
Shimmering and gleaming.
Now fold this powerful note and see yourself sitting it on the surface of the crystal lake.
The note forms into a gleaming paper boat that now seems to be made out of crystals,
Reflecting yellow and orange colours of the sunset.
As soon as it forms,
The stream begins to flow faster and takes it,
Pulls it towards the sunset.
Still you cannot tell the difference between the sparkly sunlight and the boat.
If you like,
Place your left hand on your heart,
Your right hand on your belly.
You know holding on to the current breath is unnecessary.
You know your next breath is coming and so it comes.
And you let it in and let it out.
When you don't try and control it,
The breath is effortless.
So is your abundance.
You are so open and relaxed.
You are so present in the energy of your abundance.
Open and vast feeling across your whole body.
As the sun finally setting,
The sky is purple and pink.
Shades of lilac across the horizon.
Something within you and outside says alignment,
Sureness,
Oneness,
Continuity,
Clarity,
And clarity.
Evolution.
Success.
Abundance.
Whisper,
My intentions are powerful.
I am powerful.
I feel the flow of my abundance.
I am now open for my vision to become my reality.

Visualize or place your hands together in front of your heart.
Tilt your chin towards your thumbs.
Taking a moment to appreciate this powerful practice of intention.
Come back into your room now.
Become aware of your physical body.
Now interlace your fingers and stretch your arms overhead.
Stretch your legs,
Ankles,
Fingers and toes.
Opening your chest broadly.
Quickly open your eyes and welcome yourself back.
Repent.
