Together, we gently root out potentially hidden fears that are stored in our bodies, and using the power of our breath we release the tension they cause. If we keep the fear hidden, what we resist will persist. By bringing these fears into conscious awareness, we have the opportunity to make space for the light of our True Nature to shine through. Together we explore fears of loss of money, loss of loved ones, loss of personal achievement, and even fears of death. This process is very freeing.

Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Take another deep breath in and release.

There is nothing that you need to do right now and there is nowhere that you need to go.

You are exactly where you are supposed to be,

Right here,

Right now.

On your next inhalation,

We are going to hold our breath for a few seconds.

Go ahead and breathe in gently through your nose and hold,

Moving your awareness into your heart and into your stomach.

Then gently release.

Allow your breath to return to normal and silently notice how your body feels.

Release your legs,

Your hips,

Your sit bones,

Your genitals,

Your stomach,

Chest,

Throat,

Shoulders,

Neck,

Your jaw,

And behind the eyes.

Now relax your jaw.

Allow your tongue to fall away from the roof of your mouth.

We are going to use the power of our attention and awareness to uncover any fear that has rooted its way through our body.

Just like a virus,

Fear can root in and multiply within our body,

Gripping our thoughts and actions.

Bringing this fear to the surface and exposing it to the light of awareness can disintegrate this fear within us.

So now I want you to imagine yourself going about your day normally.

Waking up and tending to your morning routine.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Now we are going to start poking at some potential fears.

I want you to imagine that you lost all the funding in your life.

What kinds of fear would manifest if that happened?

What would be impacted and how would it feel?

Try to create the scenario vividly in your mind.

Notice if you are feeling any tightness in your body.

Where are you feeling uncomfortable sensations?

Focus on this part of your body and allow the emotions to surface.

Keep focusing more and more on the part of your body where you are feeling or experiencing the tightness or the emotions.

Next we are going to take a slow deep breath while imagining light coming in through your nostrils.

Hold your breath and bring your awareness to the part of your body where you felt the fear manifesting.

Hold it here and feel your breath moving in and around the area.

On the exhalation I want you to imagine black smoke being released from your lungs.

Take another deep breath in,

Breathing in the light and hold.

Then release the black smoke,

Letting go of the fear,

Releasing the emotion.

Take another deep breath in,

Breathing in the light and hold.

Then release the black smoke.

Very good.

Mentally repeat after me.

I am grateful for what I have.

I am strong and resourceful.

I am a child of the light.

Take another deep breath in and release.

Now I want you to imagine your friends and family,

The people who you rely on and the people who rely on you.

See their faces,

Recite their names in your mind.

Now imagine that suddenly they are gone.

You can no longer speak to them,

Hear their laugh or enjoy their company.

Their interesting quirks and familiar mannerisms have faded away along with their presence.

They are all gone.

Notice where in your body you are feeling any tension or tightness.

What thoughts or emotions are coming up for you?

Take in a deep breath and hold it,

Directing your attention to this place in your body.

Allow the light and healing breath to permeate this place.

On the exhalation,

Breathe that black smoke from your nostrils.

Let it all go.

Take another deep breath in,

Breathing in the light and hold,

Circulating that light to the areas of tension and release,

Breathing out the black smoke,

Letting go of the fear.

Take another deep breath in and release.

Simply repeat after me,

I am never alone.

We are eternally connected in the light.

Now I want you to imagine yourself and all of your accomplishments,

Everything you have obtained,

All the talents,

Achievements,

Everything that makes you you,

The things that your mind is most proud of.

Now imagine in your mind that you are looking at your entire body.

You contract an illness and no longer have control over your body,

Rendering you helpless,

No longer able to take care of yourself,

No longer able to enjoy the accomplishments of your life.

Where do you feel it in your body?

What emotions are there?

Just notice.

Take a deep breath in,

Bringing in the light and hold,

Moving your awareness around to every place.

Go ahead and release,

Breathing out that black smoke from your nostrils and just completely release.

Take another deep breath in,

Breathing in the light and hold,

Circulating that light to the areas of tension and release,

Breathing out that black smoke,

Letting go of the fear,

Letting go of the tension.

Simply repeat after me,

My soul is always whole,

Complete and perfect.

My soul is the light.

Now we want to experience our astral body.

Imagine that you have come to the end of your life.

It is time to return to the elements.

Wind comes and dries up your body.

Your body is placed on a stack of wood and fire begins to engulf the wood,

Burning your body to ash.

Then there is nothing left but ash,

Nothing left to do,

Nowhere to go.

All is still.

Rain and thunderclouds move in and begin to release the sweet nectar of water,

Mixing with the ashes.

The ashes take a new form and a ball of light,

Brilliant like a thousand suns with every color of divine radiance emerges.

This light is your true form and your divine essence.

Take a deep breath in,

Breathing in this ball of light,

Feeling it engage and enliven you.

Breathe out this ball of light,

Expressing its divinity into the world.

Breathe in the ball of light,

Feeling it permeate every blood vessel,

Every pore.

Breathe out the ball of light,

Sharing love and acceptance to all.

Breathe in the ball of light,

Energizing your spirit and your very essence.

Breathe out the ball of light,

Connecting you to the divine web of existence.

Breathe in the ball of light,

Breathe out the ball of light.

Breathe in the ball of light,

Breathe out the ball of light.

Breathe in the ball of light,

Breathe out the ball of light.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Go ahead and let your breath return to normal.

Notice how you feel and feel your essence.

Slowly repeat after me,

I am that.

Fire cannot burn it.

Water cannot wet it.

Wind cannot dry it.

I am that whole,

Perfect and complete consciousness.

Bring your awareness back into your body,

Your fresh and enlivened sense of self,

Your whole complete and perfect existence,

Young and vibrant.

Take another deep breath in and release.

You can wiggle your fingers and your toes to bring your sensations back into your body.

Give yourself a little smile.
