Replay from the Live Event on the 5th December 21. I talk to the group about creating success from an inner world perspective, as well as transferring this energy into the outside world. I also talk about having an imbalance of being too inner focused, or too outer focused, and how to bring these worlds together. I personally was too inner-focused for too long, and it turned out I was suppressing the expression and creativity inside me. Message me if this was useful to you.

So yeah,

I've talked to people sometimes about this whole thing of transmission of like transmitting energy to each other.

That's what we're doing through our interactions with people,

Right?

But I guess what I'm doing more actively is I'm I'm actively transmitting things to someone.

I'm actively doing that.

So it's kind of like if you think of being in someone's presence and you can feel this vibe of them,

It starts rubbing off on you,

Right?

If you're around like similar types of people,

People who light you up,

You're going to be lit up as well.

So that's yeah,

I don't know why I went down that rabbit hole,

But yeah,

That's kind of like what's happening when I'm working with someone.

I'm trying to transmit something to them that I feel is in them.

I'm trying to help them to see what's in there to almost awaken that,

Right?

Because I can usually see something beyond what they can see because we can't,

Sometimes we can't,

Right?

We can't see what's in us because we're there.

We're blinded by ourselves.

So yeah,

That's a good way probably to answer your question about what I do.

That's a part of it.

Does that make sense to everyone actually?

Because I don't usually do that intro.

So yeah,

Thank you for your question.

Thanks for provoking my thinking.

It was a useful one.

So,

Okay,

Let me just have a look.

Yeah,

So today's session,

If anyone has a question on that,

By the way,

Just put something in the chat.

Feel free.

Yeah,

Today's session is all about success.

And it's so interesting because I had resistance against this word for a long time.

Success.

You see around the whole personal development industry,

This whole thing about let's create your success.

And it's usually focused around,

Well,

You guys tell me,

Let me ask you guys first,

What comes up for you when you think about like creating success and what do you see out there in the industry?

Put something in the chat because it,

You know,

Is different for everyone.

And I'm going to just tell you what I think it is during this session and how to start creating that basically.

What does success mean to you?

What would success mean in your world?

What is your idea of success?

And yeah,

If you want,

You can tell me like what you've thought when you've seen other people talk about this thing of success.

Put something in the chat and then I guess I have some kind of idea about who I'm speaking to.

That's what I like to do.

I like to just make these up on the spot.

I don't have like a list of a five-step formula or anything like that for you.

Because that isn't what a guru would do if I'm using your word there.

Instead,

I think it's about pulling that out of people.

So let me see,

What have you guys written?

So Tammy says pressure measuring up.

Julie says having self-confidence.

Yeah,

That's a good one.

Sunny says I thought it was working 24-7 for years,

But that's not right.

Yeah,

That doesn't sound like success to me.

But yeah,

It could be portrayed by some things out there.

Living your life fully based on your values and priorities.

That's a great answer,

Sita.

Oh,

Nice to see you,

By the way.

We haven't spoken for a while.

Lorena says right now I feel success as in peace with what is.

Yeah,

Awesome.

Ruth says success getting paid for what you love doing.

That's a good one too.

Pauline says living peacefully,

Gratefully,

Connectedly,

Sensationally.

I love that they're your choice of words.

They're active words.

Yeah,

Love that Pauline.

And you know,

I'm going to take a side step for a moment.

I love that because I've been so interesting.

I've been writing poetry recently and that's something I never would have thought I would have done.

Because one day I was just writing in my journal.

So I write every day,

Basically.

I've been writing every day for the past three,

Four years or something like that.

I write something every day.

Recently what's happened is I started writing and it's turned into rhymes.

It's like turned into this musical flow and like these these rhyming words will come out and like the it's almost like I'm singing these things out.

So yeah,

That's what triggered the that that thought when I saw your words Pauline.

Because it's kind of like that,

Like living peacefully,

Gratefully,

Connectedly,

Sensationally.

You can feel that.

You can feel that inside you vibrating,

Right?

It's beyond words.

And I think that's probably what I mean when I say poetry.

I don't know what poetry means.

I've never looked up poetry.

I've never learned what poetry means.

I've never been into poetry,

To be honest.

But something right now is connecting me to that my form of poetry.

So anyway,

That's my that's my side step to what we are speaking about.

So let's go back to the comments.

What else are people saying about success?

Success to me is balance,

Safety,

Wellness.

Yeah,

That's awesome.

I like that.

Liz says my idea of success is feeling.

OK,

Feeling ease,

Joy,

Connection and usefulness.

OK,

Great.

Susan says,

Having raised a happy,

Healthy family that are good people.

OK,

Awesome.

Yeah.

Yeah,

That's deep.

That's deep because that's another layer.

Right.

That's a layer beyond you.

So that's awesome.

Tammy says my new version of success is what I'm going through now.

Spiritual growth and expansion on all levels.

Yeah.

OK,

Awesome,

Guys.

Thank you for playing the game and.

Yeah,

Getting interactive,

Because that's that's actually before I continue.

That's my invitation to you in this session.

Get interactive with this.

It's like you're in a classroom with me.

Right.

Imagine you're in a classroom with me.

And always when you get involved and put your hand up and you ask questions or whatever,

You learn better.

So that's my first invitation.

Second invitation is to listen.

Without a need to like grasp onto everything that I'm saying,

Listen like you're listening to music.

And back to the poetry that I said,

Listen like that with a.

With just like you're just listening,

You're just listening.

It's not like listening to to write this down or to confirm what you already know or to like.

Question it or think too much about it.

Just listen.

Just feel it.

Because it it puts you into that creative and learners mode.

That's what I found anyway.

So.

Yeah,

If I continue now.

Success.

So for me,

I've.

Yeah,

Like I said at the beginning,

I've had this resistance against this whole like success,

Creation thing,

Because this there's a lot of that out there in the personal development world.

Initially,

I was really into it.

I was watching like motivational videos and reading quotes and stuff like that and getting a great buzz from it.

And I saw there was a lot about like creating financial success and business and stuff like that.

And I wasn't into that at the time at all.

I just wanted to work on my inner world.

Right.

That's what the challenges that I had.

I had a good job.

I didn't need to think about or I wasn't interested in that world.

Right.

Abundance,

Wealth and business at the time.

So for me,

It was firstly about working on the anxiety that I had.

So anxiety,

Whatever we can label that we can.

If I was to label it,

I'd say.

Self-esteem challenges,

Not feeling like I could be myself,

Let's say.

Crisis of who I am and comparing myself to everyone.

All of that fits into the same,

I think,

Bucket,

Let's let's almost say of.

Inner mind challenges.

Just mind challenges,

Let's just say that.

So my journey was I've got to work on this.

This is this is not comfortable.

I'm not feeling OK in life.

And it just lingered for years and years lingering like this.

So I got into like health and fitness.

And if you guys have been to one of my sessions before,

You might have heard the story,

But I'm just going to repeat it to give context to this session.

Right.

So I got into health and wellness and I got really muscular and fit and I became obsessed with successful health,

Successful body,

Successful eating.

Spent years on that.

It was amazing.

I changed.

I was really skinny.

So I built muscle.

I had that success in that realm and I became obsessed with learning more,

Learning more,

Learning more.

So it's almost like I got that success in that area.

But there were still the inner challenges.

It didn't it didn't really help with that.

You know,

There's all this talk out there about.

About exercise and sleeping well,

And that's definitely a great support system is definitely necessary.

I'm going to say even now,

I'm still very healthy.

I'm still looking after my body.

Right.

It's very important,

But it is not the solution to the inner challenges,

Let's just say.

Because that's just lingers around.

So I got into personal development and that started off with spirituality.

So I read this book,

Which maybe some of you guys know,

Maybe it's called The Power of Now.

And that was happening alongside my yoga practice.

So I joined this yoga class because this girl was like,

Hey,

Come to this yoga class.

And I was like,

OK,

Cool.

Sure.

Yeah,

You're a pretty girl.

Sure.

I'll come to the class.

So,

You know,

I tell this story quite a lot,

But it just it feels like a turning point for me going to that class,

You know,

Where I had so much resistance to doing yoga in itself.

So anyway,

I started working on spirituality.

I felt this slowing down in my life for the first time ever.

The book I was reading,

It was the only book I had been at all.

I wasn't into books at all.

I was like books?

No,

No way.

That's not for me.

So I read that one book,

One book of my whole life,

And think before that book,

It was probably like children's books.

So read that one book and yeah,

I was like,

Oh,

My God,

This is me.

He's talking about me.

I've got this thing called ego.

I've got this thing called like overthinking and worry and fear and all of that stuff.

So combining that with the whole path that I was on of meditating and doing yoga,

It was like,

Oh,

My God,

This is what the answer is.

So I started really going into that.

Slowly,

I'd say like I wasn't consciously.

I wasn't I don't think I was conscious to the impact that it was having at the time.

I was just getting into it and I was like,

This feels good.

I feel calmer.

Great.

Your karma.

I feel like I'm saying yes to more things.

My body's feeling different.

I'm digesting food a bit better.

So carried on slowly over the years without any real like direction or guidance from anyone.

None of that.

I was like experimenting and just messing around with it.

So anyway.

That started forming this like slot of success for me.

It's like.

Way of.

Yeah,

This is helping me.

Then I started reading more.

And this idea came up in my head very slowly.

I still had anxiety and all of that challenges like it didn't go away.

It just felt like I could numb it better.

Let's just say felt like I got some numbing cream,

You know,

Numbing cream that you rub on yourself.

It was like I got numbing cream in the form of health and yoga and meditation.

So it helped numb all these this anxiety at times.

But then I still had that those challenges.

Right.

So,

Yeah,

Then I started looking at like travel blogs and long story short,

I'm not going to go too much into this,

But if you want to learn a bit more about a bit more about my story,

You can hear about like the traveling I did and what happened during that trip.

But anyway,

I took like a year,

Nearly two years,

Actually,

Out of just to just leave everything behind.

And sometimes I didn't even tell that story because I don't want people to think,

Hey,

To have what you want and to develop,

You have to leave everything behind.

I was doing that because I thought that's what was required,

But I don't think it is anymore.

It's all inside.

It's an inside job.

Anyway,

I came back and I'm going to speed up the story now.

So I came back and I was like,

Well,

I don't really want to be with this anxiety anymore.

I still had it in my travel sometimes,

You know,

Didn't take away everything.

Started working on it more and more,

Meditating,

Doing more yoga,

Reading more books,

Taking courses.

Eventually,

Yeah,

I had some real progress because I committed to it.

I really worked on it.

I really combined all these worlds together.

So I decided to become a coach.

Even then,

I had resistance of like,

Who am I to help people with this?

So I had this thing of,

I'm going to help people with this area of well-being and being calmer in themselves and all of that stuff.

And that is what I'm doing,

Right?

That is a huge part of what I'm doing.

Slowing people down,

Slowing down,

Getting to know yourself,

Understanding this spiritual part of yourself,

Whatever word you want to put to that.

This other realm outside of the psychological mind.

But what's also happened is,

It's not just about the inside world.

So inner success is the things I've done.

This whole thing I'm talking about success today,

I put in the description and the inside out approach because the inside is the key.

Like going in and looking at things differently,

Looking at like your life differently.

But what happened for me was I was going inward and only inward.

So I didn't realize it at the time but it can become a trap.

It can become this like escapism almost of,

I'm going to,

Hey I'm feeling stressed,

I'm going to go and meditate.

Or I've got to like really slow my body down by doing constant like meditations or take a nice hot bath or go into a sauna and go and get a massage.

All this stuff like constant,

Constant.

Because it helps your inner world,

Right?

It does.

But now I realize what success really is,

Is combining the worlds.

It's the inside out approach.

It's not just the inside approach.

Being able to navigate through life without any limitations.

Because you know you see,

Well I see let's say,

I see it all the time.

There's a lot of spiritual people but sometimes there's still challenges of how do I navigate in the world?

How do I create the life I want?

How do I do that stuff?

Yeah,

I'm great with the spiritual stuff.

I can do all of this manifestation and I can calm myself down.

I can be present but then when it comes to hey,

I've got to think about how to change my career or create a business.

Then it's like freak out mode all over again,

Right?

So it doesn't add up.

It's imbalanced.

So coming back to what you guys said,

If I was going to summarize.

For me success is the inside out approach.

Make some money and you want to make a business and be financially abundant,

That's awesome.

There's nothing wrong with that.

That's not a taboo.

I don't care what people say.

That's not a taboo.

That's fine.

It's just where are you coming from when you're doing that?

Are you doing this to try and feel complete on the inside?

Hey,

I'm going to have some money so I'm going to have some money.

I'm going to have this car.

I'm going to have this.

So then I will feel peaceful.

That's not the way to do it.

That doesn't add up either because now it's the outside approach.

And that's what a lot of the personal development industry feeds on.

It feeds on people who want this because they're not aware that there's something missing here or they feel like something's missing in here.

So hey,

I get this success.

Hey,

I get this money.

Let's make a book about this.

Let's teach people how to do this because then they feel like they've got the inside from the outside.

It doesn't add up.

But if you're coming from a place of already being abundant,

Already being poised,

Already being okay on the inside,

Then you say,

Hey,

I want to make a lot of money.

Go for it.

That's great.

You're letting your light shine through now.

It's coming from the in to the out now.

Put that energy into what you want to create.

Create your success.

That's your fuel now.

Now there's limitless potential and possibilities in whatever you want to create.

This career.

You don't like your career.

Okay,

Let's talk about what you might like.

Let's go and create that success in the world.

You want to start a business.

Okay,

What is important to you about a business?

What from you in the inside can you bring into this business?

This work,

Family,

These relationships.

That's what success means to me.

It's being spiritually grounded.

But grounded doesn't feel like the right word.

Spiritually intelligent,

Let's say,

And using that in your world.

Creating your world with that.

So that's that's what I want to start with.

What do you guys think when I say that?

What comes up for you?

Someone said light bulb moment.

Tami says light bulb moment.

This is where I'm at.

I'm in the trap.

Yeah,

So tell me.

Because you know,

There's this there's this other thing about like you manifest everything.

You manifest everything.

And I don't want to like bad mouth this.

Because that doesn't really feel right for me.

But I do want to educate on my experiences of what I think about it.

So I think it is important to align your energy,

Visualize like what you want.

Visualize it because then you can feel it.

Now you're excited about it.

And I do this too.

So so I definitely do this part of like week incestation.

This is a daily routine when I meditate.

Connecting to this energy.

I'm seeing the things that I know I can create.

I'm feeling how it feels.

And if you're aware of any of like Joe Dispenza's work,

He talks about that kind of stuff,

Right?

Feeling the experience.

Seeing it.

Feeling it.

And then,

So you've got that inner world covered.

That's where some people think that it stops.

Of the universe is going to bring this to me.

The universe is going to bring this to me.

If I just visualize it.

If I just feel it and look at it.

I might be wrong about this,

By the way,

Because this could be what's happening.

This could be what's happening with me.

This could be what's happening with other people.

But I think if I sat there and played passive.

And waited for something to come to my lap.

It's going to like either take me much longer to realize or create this.

Or I'm not going to create it.

It's kind of like if I said to you,

Hey.

There's this new chocolate cake shop across the road.

And I use chocolate cake as an example quite a lot.

I don't know why.

Probably because I don't eat it enough now and I used to.

There's this new chocolate cake shop.

Two streets away.

But you're just visualizing the cake.

You're visualizing and feeling how it feels and tastes.

Your mouth's watering.

Because you know how good it might taste.

But you don't decide to walk out and walk there.

You don't decide to go to the shop.

So you're forever in this place of feeling and visualizing.

You're not doing anything to go there.

So when I talk about creating success,

I think it's taking ownership of your life.

Because then if you're doing this work on manifestation which is,

You know,

You can call that the spiritual element.

Now you can create a bridge between that and this whole action focused world.

That a lot of personal development books are about action,

Action,

Action.

You've got to do this.

You've got to get past your fears.

All that.

Now you bring them together.

Now there's alignment.

Now you get into this flow.

And I'm not saying it's easy to take the action.

That's where most people struggle.

I did,

For sure.

I was very much in the inner world.

I was very much in like,

Yeah,

I'm going to see it.

I'm going to feel it.

I'm going to visualize it.

It's going to come to me.

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

And I realized it doesn't work like that.

It's kind of like if you believed in God or you can name it whatever else,

Like spirit,

Universe,

The all,

The Tao.

You have to walk with it.

You have to be with it.

Then all of this stuff can get created.

And then also around success.

This mode of victim mode versus owner mode.

You know when I first heard this,

I felt quite like,

I felt this resistance and pain.

Because like someone said to me once,

They were like,

This is when I was really like challenged by my mind.

This girl said to me,

You're acting like a victim a lot.

And I was like,

Wait,

What?

What do you mean?

I was ashamed and hurt by her words,

Right?

I was like,

How dare you call me a victim?

Why are you saying this?

So I was firstly like,

How dare?

But then I was curious,

Why is she saying this to me?

Where is this coming from?

What does this mean?

It's questioning myself.

But it was because I was just complaining about stuff.

I was complaining and then other people are doing things and I'm like,

Oh yeah,

They're doing that.

And judging people,

You know.

Judging others and judging myself and saying the world is this way.

So yeah,

I'm born into this system.

So of course I don't have a chance.

I don't have a chance.

There's nothing I can do about this.

Because I'm a rather like environment.

And then also like being a victim of myself and saying,

Oh my God,

My mind is doing this.

I can't do anything about it.

I wish I wasn't born this way.

Why me?

Why did I get born this way?

Everyone else is fine.

I genuinely believe that actually for I think from my childhood until around the ages of probably around the ages of like 26 or so.

I genuinely believe that I was dealt this card that was different to everyone.

Because I had things like social anxiety,

Right?

I used to go red in front of talking to people.

Or just sweat profusely.

So much so that I used to wear like these different layers and never wear white like I am now.

I had all these techniques and stuff.

I even used these like creams sometimes.

All sorts of things because it was so painful.

I don't know if anyone can relate to that.

Say yes in the chat if you can.

Because yeah,

I thought it was just me.

But ever since I've been doing this kind of work,

I've realized it's a challenge that other people face.

But anyway,

This mode of like I'm a victim to the cards I've been dealt.

It's like believing things are fixed in place.

What I started learning through the process was,

I guess when I was becoming more aware.

So when my awareness was expanding,

It was like I was starting to see things like this slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly.

So I think awareness is like one of the number one things that I believe in,

Believe in cultivating,

Like seeing things differently.

I started seeing like,

She was right this girl.

All along,

She was right,

I was a victim.

It took me a while to admit that to be honest.

I was resenting her for that.

She was right,

Being a victim.

Over time,

I realized I can own this stuff.

This is my anxiety.

This is mine.

This is my mind that's doing this to me.

It's mine.

This is my body.

I can choose what I put into it.

I can choose.

I can choose what I do with my time.

I can create this success.

I'm not saying it was easy by the way.

I'm not the person who's going to shout in people's faces and say,

You can do it,

You can do it,

You can do it.

I do believe that,

So I might do that sometimes.

But it's a process of expanding awareness,

Of realizing that you're taking lessons from everything now.

So the process I went through was,

I took all of the lessons from my past.

Whereas for a long time,

I was resenting the past.

I was resenting other people.

I was wishing I had it different.

You know,

Attaching to the things I can't change.

Attaching to the suffering almost.

So,

Stepping out of it is like,

What can I take as the silver lining?

What did I learn?

What did I learn about being a lonely kid?

What did I learn from realizing that my mind is creating these thoughts?

What am I learning right now?

Oh,

I'm learning that I'm watching the thoughts,

Oh wow!

That was one of the big learnings,

Right?

I'm learning that I'm the experiencer of the thoughts.

I'm the one listening,

Wow!

Okay,

That's a big one.

What else am I learning?

Oh,

I'm learning that it wasn't my fault that I was born as a person that didn't connect with people.

It wasn't my fault,

It just happened.

What could I have done about that?

Nothing.

But I felt it was my fault.

That was a part of the shame and resentment.

So this whole transformation started occurring.

And it got me to this place of stepping into owner's mode.

So that's what I want to throw at you,

Let's say.

And I'm saying throw very consciously.

Like,

You know those big medicine balls?

I want to throw one of those big medicine balls at you right now.

Feel that.

Because everyone goes into this,

By the way.

Everyone goes into victim mode.

It's just a mode that we're used to from growing up.

A parent just tells you something,

You know,

You have a little tantrum and you feel like you are a victim to them.

They're the ones in power,

Right?

So of course,

That's what it feels like.

You've been told a way to be.

It's just the thing that's happened throughout growing up.

But we don't realize we have to continue growing up as adults.

We have to continue growing up past the stage of habit and what we've been given as children.

Growing up into the owner's mode.

So I want to throw that at you right now.

Feel it.

Feel yourself.

Look up sometimes right now when you have gone into victim mode.

Even if it hurts.

Even if you think,

Oh yeah Raj,

It's easy for you to say.

Or,

Yeah Raj,

I don't really agree with your story.

There's things that I can't control.

There's things about our country that,

You know,

This stuff.

Fine.

That's your choice.

But I'm inviting you to look beyond that.

It's an invitation,

Right?

To look beyond that and see if you can catch any of these things.

Because as soon as I let my guard down from when that girl told me this thing,

I learnt stuff about myself.

I let go of like pride and trying to have the upper hand.

If anyone wants to create success,

They have to get rid of that idea of pride and ego and having the upper hand.

I don't think that's the place to create success.

So check in with yourself.

Another invitation.

There's some people saying they can relate.

Yeah,

Thanks for sharing guys.

Thanks for being open.

Anything else come up for you guys so far?

What is hitting you right now?

What is hitting home right now?

Yeah,

Not an easy truth to accept,

Says Tammy.

Exactly.

It creates wisdom,

You know?

Because it's like,

Imagine that you were going and selling popcorn.

And you didn't sell that much.

You feel crummy about yourself.

You could either feel crummy or you can say,

What did I learn from this event?

What did I learn about this?

Oh,

I learned that maybe I can do this at a different time or different flavours.

Great,

Now you have something.

You've taken something from it,

Right?

The owner takes something from situations,

Learns something from it.

And uses that to fuel success.

The success gets created through these little times where things didn't go right.

That creates the success.

How do you deal with thinking you stayed a victim too long and you could have awakened earlier?

I think that all the time,

To be honest.

I think that all the time.

I think to myself,

Imagine if I had realised this stuff when I was like 20 years old or something,

Or like 18.

Imagine I started doing this stuff at that age.

Like 10 years later,

What would I have created?

Who knows,

You know?

So I do think that sometimes,

But I also realise that,

Hey,

Everything that's happened has been fine.

It doesn't matter about earlier.

That doesn't mean anything.

Yeah,

Maybe,

Maybe if something happened earlier it might have been different.

But everything that has happened has been awesome.

And that's the way I've framed it.

Everything that has happened,

Everything I have done has been awesome.

And it feels like it was timed right actually.

It feels like everything just happened for a reason.

You know,

As cliche as that sounds.

That's the absolute truth of things.

Everything happens until you decide to own your life.

Until then you're not going to feel very good about life.

That's what I felt like.

I was like,

I know there's something more.

I know there's something blocked here,

But I'm not going to do anything about it.

I'm going to move around it instead.

Take the pain that's temporary,

Rather than prolong your pain for longer.

Because you're scared of going and dealing with this right now.

And I say that with such passion because that was,

Again,

That was what I felt for a long time.

Fear,

And I'm not going to do anything about this.

I'm just going to drink alcohol or I'm just going to do other things to distract me.

Not play games and stuff like that.

Computer games.

That's another one for this session.

What are the distractions that you have that are in the way of your success?

What are the distractions?

Could be anything.

I'm not saying I'm perfect,

By the way.

There's still times where I'll be on Facebook and I'll just be looking at random videos of people doing pranks on each other.

There's this one group that I just keep following their page like,

Ah,

That's such a funny prank.

I get distracted all the time and beat myself up about it as well,

Right?

But the only thing that's changed now is that I own that.

I did that.

Yeah,

I did that.

I distracted myself.

Fine,

Let's move on now.

Let's go and do the thing I was going to do.

I'm not going to sit there creating a meaning out of that.

Like I'm a horrible person.

That's what success means to me.

The success mindset is just going and doing stuff.

Without this like pain barrier,

I like to call it.

The pain barrier is like this thing in between what you're doing now and what you'd like to do.

What you're doing now and then you can see what you'd like to do.

But it feels so far away because there's all this thinking in the middle of it.

This like bar of thinking.

Does that relate to anyone?

Because that for sure relates to me.

The thinking bar.

What else?

Okay,

Let me have a look at the comments quickly.

Trying to fix is a trap too.

Can we accept our imperfections and lean into learning from them?

Yeah,

So perhaps not over identifying with any of it.

Any of it.

How we are versus who we'd like to be.

You know like with that point,

It's interesting because firstly on the accept part,

For sure.

Accept everything and learn from it.

Like you know this whole stuff about business and finances and stuff like that.

I was very uncomfortable with that for a long time.

But it's leaning into the stuff that you want to do but you feel like you're not there yet.

Learn stuff then.

Go and learn stuff.

Round yourself off.

If you feel like things like your health is a challenge for you,

You could either just say,

Hey,

I'm just not a person who can be healthy or I don't have routine or all that stuff.

You can.

Or you can say,

Hey,

I have my personality type.

And let me talk about that for a second.

Personality types.

I don't believe in them.

Because again,

That's an identity that we've carried forward with ourselves.

We've accepted this identity of,

Hey,

I'm a person who gets tired and I'm a person who can't really wake up in the mornings.

Yeah,

I'm not a morning person.

Or I'm the kind of person who gets really like lazy or I'm terrible with this.

I'm really bad with names.

You know,

All this stuff.

It doesn't exist.

You can create anything.

And that's a deep one sometimes to land.

Because it's like,

Well,

If I am not that,

Then what am I?

Your identity,

Your ego freaks out.

It's like,

Well,

Then I'm nothing.

Yeah,

It can be changed to that.

But once you drop all of that stuff,

You're left with just pure,

Like pure potential,

Pure light.

That's all that's left without the layers.

From that place,

If you create success,

It's going to be driven by like everything you've got without any limitations put on top of it.

So I'm going to slow down because I want to check in with you guys.

What is coming up for you?

I've been here since the beginning.

You've spent 53 of your minutes listening to me for some reason or another,

Right?

So what have you got from this so far?

What have you learnt for yourself?

What have you taken away?

So Lorena says,

Identifying with the pain perhaps is the ultimate distraction I have.

Not feeling pain in the body alongside the overthinking,

Yeah.

It's kind of like if you cut your,

If you bashed your leg,

Right?

It would hurt for quite a,

Depends how hard you bashed your leg,

Right?

But it will hurt.

But then if you really focus on that pain,

It will be slightly longer.

The pain will be slightly longer,

Right?

And you know,

I know there's different levels of pain,

There's different levels of things going on in the body,

So I'm not trying to like take that away.

But what I think would be useful is to try and go into the body,

To go into the body and not think about the pain in the body.

So there's certain things you can do for that like body scans where you can slow down,

You can really slow down.

Then you're getting the truth of the situation without the mental layer on top of it.

You know,

Sometimes if I'm leading a meditation,

People will fall asleep.

Or they'll get tired,

Right?

Even sometimes when I'm going to,

Like I got this cohort where I'm a part of like teachers group and there's a teacher leading each week.

It's kind of like,

What do you call it,

Ongoing learning that I take.

I'm there and I'm buzzing and I'm like,

Yeah,

I've got to finish this stuff quick,

Quick,

Quick,

Quick.

I go to the session and I'm like,

I'm exhausted after it.

Because it's bringing out what the truth is.

It's showing me that your body is actually tired,

Raj.

Your body's tired,

Man.

Your mind is telling you you're awake but your body's like exhausted.

So when you do these kind of like body scans or just meditating or just being in stillness in general,

You start facing like the truth of what's happening inside rather than the layer of the mind.

So I hope that helps in some way.

Okay,

What else is coming up?

Sunny says,

I'm counting ways I might be distracting myself.

Yeah,

So a good exercise for everyone to do if you want to.

An invitation from me is to write down everything that is taking your energy away.

Just make a list.

Everything you can think of.

You can even put people there.

So people,

Places,

Things,

Experiences,

Habits,

Everything.

Foods,

Put it all down there.

Types of foods,

Eating habits,

Everything that drains your energy.

Write that stuff down.

And if I was working with someone,

I'd get them to write that down and then we'll slowly one by one start looking at these.

And one by one we'll play this game of how can we transform this.

Either we just remove that habit from your life.

That's what I'll work with someone sometimes.

Or we'll turn that into an energy creator.

And that's usually what happens sometimes.

We can shift that around to something else.

So and then you know what happens with that?

You get time and energy back.

When you have like you can create whatever you want.

When you're not having these unconscious habits that are taking stuff away from you,

You've reclaimed it back.

You're rich now.

This is wealth.

This is oat.

Wealth is like having time,

Energy.

It's feeling peaceful.

It's feeling like you're in a good flow.

You can be creative.

You're expressive.

That's where wealth starts.

And then whatever you want to create on the outside world,

You want to make finances and business,

You're starting from a place of a full tank now.

So imagine what's possible.

That's why I love this whole game of success these days because I'm realizing more and more there's a lot of people with dreams and aspirations.

And they'll go and do actions and they'll really go and go for it.

But then they end up running out of time or energy.

And there's not this like secure inner foundation to maximize the potential of like your career or your family life or your relationship.

You're wondering why you argue with someone so much.

You're wondering like why is this happening?

And you try and play with it on that surface level.

But it doesn't quite make sense and you're like,

Well,

What do I do?

It's coming back to the inside again.

Redrawing the plan and then going on the outside again.

Taking some actions in the real world.

That's that's how this success stuff works.

So I want to see what else is coming up for you guys.

And I want to take some questions.

So write some questions in the chat around anything around success.

Anything around like your inner world,

Your outer world,

Whatever you want to create on the outside.

You tell me like,

What are you up to?

What's on your mind?

Put some questions in the chat.

Questions or just sharings of like what?

Where do you struggle with this stuff?

And I'll help you find some solutions right now,

Basically.

So let's have a look.

So Lorena's takeaway is move towards what you want by taking actions,

Believing we can.

Being curious and dropping expectations is a part of that.

Yeah,

For sure.

It's like when a kid gets a piece of paper and they just start getting the colors and going nuts,

You know.

They're not like thinking beforehand of like,

Oh,

What should I do?

Oh,

What about that drawing I did last week?

I can't I can't do it as good as that.

So I don't want to do it right now.

They're not doing that.

They're just doing it,

You know.

So,

Yeah,

When you say dropping expectations,

That's it.

Being curious,

Having that creativity of a child.

We think that,

Hey,

We've we've grown up,

So we lose that childlike creativity.

That doesn't make sense.

It's always been there.

It's always there.

So,

Yeah,

Good comment.

Tammy saying I'm I've been I've been paying attention to when I'm distracting myself and when I do distract,

I feel bad hearing I can own this and feel OK.

Exactly.

That's it.

I'm glad it's been useful to me.

So,

Yeah,

Own it.

Go and own it.

You don't have to do anything wild or crazy.

You just have to take some some little steps.

What little steps can you take,

Tammy?

What is something you can do?

You get that power back,

Right?

Instead of feeling powerless.

One bit of power leads to another bit of power.

So,

Yeah,

What can you do,

Tammy?

Make some commitment to yourself.

Write something right now.

What commitment can you make?

All of you.

What tiny commitment can you make towards yourself?

The tiniest thing.

Maggie's here from San Diego.

I think you're a bit late,

But no,

It's all good.

We're going to finish soon.

But you're you're here for some questions.

Yeah.

So what you're saying is stop being stuck in the stories.

That we don't like when inherited.

Yeah,

Exactly.

Be the adult that keeps learning and can change the story.

Yeah.

The narrator.

I like that.

Yeah.

The narrator.

The narrator.

The director of the movie.

You know how like in movies,

They they sometimes have that.

What's it called?

Deleted scenes or alternative endings right to the movie that they don't publish or whatever.

That's what you can do to decide it.

He said,

I'm going to make three different ways this movie could end.

He gets to choose which one he puts into the real world.

The same as you.

You get to choose how this continues.

You have to go in that place.

You want to create success.

You want to create health.

You want to create any form of like abundance and change.

What is the what is the movie ending?

What's the script that surprised everyone?

That surprised you even.

The surprise ending.

The cliffhanger.

Where you leave the movie and you're like,

Oh my God,

I can't believe that happened.

That was amazing.

That's what is possible for your life.

So what else?

Anyone have any questions?

I can take maybe like a few questions.

Right now,

Tell me what's come up for you.

If you've been here from the beginning,

Tell me what you're getting right now and what questions you have.

And yeah,

I'll happily answer them.

Let me just read the comments quickly.

So Pauline says,

Could you repeat what to track?

So people,

Places,

Things,

Habits,

Thoughts.

Put all of those things down.

People,

Places,

Things,

Habits,

Thoughts.

And just make a list.

Doesn't matter.

There's no structure to this.

Make a list just so you have it firstly.

So your awareness is raised right once you know.

Then what do I do with this?

That's the next step,

Right?

All right.

So I think I'm going to end the recording.

Or actually,

Is there any other questions?

Let's have a look.
