Settle into your seat and prepare to connect with source energy both from Mother Earth below us and from the Divine Source above.
Begin by feeling where your body touches the earth.
Connect with the sensation of your ankles touching the floor,
Your thighs,
Your seat.
Visualize your red root chakra energy emanating from that vortex right at the base of your spine.
Now visualize that roots are growing from each of these places where your body touches the earth.
Connecting you to the planet,
Digging down through soil to the molten core of the planet.
This is your place of safety,
Security,
And grounding.
As you allow what no longer serves you to seep out of your body through your roots and into the earth.
Also feel Mother Earth's energy flowing into your system from below.
And now let's connect with the source energy from above.
Feel yourself being filled up as if light were pouring down from the heavens into the top of your head.
Your crown chakra,
Your connection to the Divine,
To source,
God,
Goddess,
The Oneness that we all share.
See the color of this light.
Notice if it is white or golden.
Feel it seeping into your entire system like warm honey,
Filling you with inspiration,
Inner knowing,
Divine connection.
And now let's visualize both of these energies at the same time.
Coming in from the root and also down through your crown,
Meeting together in your heart chakra.
Feel your heart overflowing,
Spilling out into the room.
You are filled with love.
You have so much to give.
You know what it feels like now to be filled up.
To be supported by Mother Earth.
To be inspired with Divine Truth.
And to be able to share your gifts now today with the world.
