Welcome to this grounding meditation brought to you by Raise Your Vibe.

We're so excited to share this meditation with you.

It's one that so many members of our team use on a daily basis,

Especially in the morning before we get going or in the evening before going to bed to just ground our energy,

Connect with Mother Earth and release what no longer serves us.

Meditations like these are instrumental in remaining aligned and grounded throughout the day anytime that you are feeling off,

You're feeling disconnected from your body,

Or you're feeling like your monkey mind is buzzing,

Those voices in your head just won't quiet down.

This is a beautiful meditation to settle into and we invite you to use it anytime that you need to ground your energy.

So let's begin.

So starting with connection to our breath,

Let's breathe in through our nose and out through our mouth deeply three times in through the nose,

Now through the mouth,

In through the nose,

Now through the mouth.

One more time in through the nose,

Now through your mouth,

Just allowing all of the energy in your body to settle,

To calm.

And now connecting with all of the places where your body is touching the floor,

Whether you're sitting down in lotus position or laying down in bed,

Feeling the places where your body connects to Mother Earth,

Feeling the heaviness of your limbs,

Of your bottom,

Maybe where your ankles touch the ground,

Feeling how effortlessly Mother Earth supports you,

How it takes her no effort to always keep you connected,

Secure,

How the force of gravity,

Invisible force keeps you grounded all day,

Every day,

Developing a sense of trust in that,

A sense of security and allowing this to help us surrender to the support of Mother Earth.

Continue to deepen your breath as we now dive deeper into that connection with Mother Earth,

Visualizing tree roots growing from those exact places where your body is touching the earth.

See these roots in exquisite detail.

Notice what color they are.

Notice their thickness,

Their texture.

See them burrowing down through layers of sand,

Of rocks and pebbles,

Through bedrock,

All the way down to the crystal core of our planet.

As you see these roots connecting you into the deepest parts of the earth,

Now imagine that all tension,

Negativity,

Stress,

Blockages,

Emotions,

Anything you're ready to let go of,

Just see all of that melting out of your body and draining through those roots right into the core of the planet.

As all that energy arrives there,

Just see it transmuted,

Turned into light.

All of the things that you're ready to release allow them to be taken by Mother Earth.

The strength is always there to support you.

Allowing yourself a few more breaths.

With each in-breath through your nose,

See light filling your body.

And with each breath out of your mouth,

See all of that stuck grey energy just releasing down,

Down,

Through your roots,

To the core of the earth.

One more breath this way.

And now,

Set an intention for the light that you're bringing into your body,

Knowing that any time we release stuck energy,

Negativity,

Emotions,

Blockages,

Or pain from the body,

It's beneficial to intentionally invite in what you want to replace that with.

So in all those spaces of your muscles,

Your tissues,

Your heart,

Your brain,

Everything that you've cleared,

With one big deep breath inviting in light and also an intention back into your body.

Maybe it's love,

Self-love,

Or acceptance,

Surrender,

Joy,

Creativity,

Energy,

Whatever it is that you want more of in your body and your own life.

Now coming back into our physical awareness.

Give thanks to Mother Earth for her strength and her infinite support.

Give thanks to all of your angels,

The celestial bodies out there,

Your highest self for also always supporting you.

Know that you are held and loved both above and below.

That both the universe and Mother Earth have always got your back.

Take this knowing into your day.

Move with love.
