So hello everyone,

Thank you so much for joining me in this meditation today.

It is truly truly a blessing to be with you all.

We are going to move into a meditation today that centers around connection to soul,

Connection to your soul,

And then connection to from there a process that is deep and profound in the understanding of how to accept everything all the time.

And as well,

On the other side of that,

To move into a place of forgiveness instantaneously,

Rapidly,

All the time.

Forgiveness,

Not this kind of forgiveness that we wait and we,

You know,

Try to have something happen or someone to do a certain thing so it finally can happen,

That we just go into instantaneous both acceptance and forgiveness because we are connected to our soul's light.

We are connected to our soul,

To spirit,

To all that is making that acceptance process,

Forgiveness process so accessible,

So easy,

So effortless,

And really truly just joyous and a blessing to be a part of.

So here we go.

We're going to move into this meditation.

So let's begin by taking some slow and gentle deep breaths.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Gentle,

Slow,

Relaxed breaths.

Really helping yourself to begin to calm your energy system.

Begin to settle down in your seat.

If you're not seated,

If you're perhaps driving,

Please,

Please be careful.

We invite that this be a space where you can close your eyes if possible and be seated.

And just letting your body drop down to relax and to move into a state of pure calm.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Each breath is now beginning to be infused with this higher energy,

This higher energy of infusion of so much loving acceptance and so much loving forgiveness.

Both of these are being breathed in as you breathe in and dropping into your heart,

This love,

This acceptance,

And this forgiveness.

Adding into the beautiful recipe now,

Pure love,

As we spoke of,

And acceptance and forgiveness.

These higher energies being brought into your breath,

Dropping into your heart.

Breath is moving into your heart,

Directing your focus to your heart,

And it's moving back out and moving back in.

The love,

The acceptance,

The forgiveness.

As it moves into your heart,

It's expanding your heart.

It's beginning to infuse healing and purification into your heart.

So naturally,

It is just all starting to happen for you.

All you have to do is simply allow this process to occur.

So often we think that we need to do something,

We have to try,

We have to make something happen within our healing process.

The most simple way to heal is in our allowance of it to happen,

In our letting go process,

And our surrendering to the healing process to occur.

No trying,

No forcing,

No needing,

No pushing.

Simply allowing and letting go and surrendering to the light,

Surrendering to this beautiful light that is infused with these higher energies coming in through your breath,

Being breathed out,

Gathering more of that higher energy of that pure love,

Pure acceptance,

And forgiveness,

Landing in your heart.

So good.

Now dropping into your heart once more as you breathe in,

And please take a pause.

And we're inviting you now to take two beautiful intuitive steps back behind your heart into the seat of your beautiful soul.

Dropping in.

If this is new to you,

Just know this is a practice.

It takes time to cultivate over time as any practice does.

So just allow yourself to be where you're at with it.

And for some of you who've dropped in here before many times,

Or perhaps you even live here,

It shall be easy for you.

It should be very easy for you just to sit here,

Remain here,

Relax here.

And that's what we're doing now.

If you haven't already breathed out,

Take that breath.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Moving into your heart,

Stepping back behind and pausing just for a moment.

Feel the difference.

Feel yourself here now.

Notice the change.

Just see if you can just allow yourself to remain here as long as possible on this pause of breath.

Breathing out when you're ready.

Moving into a breath practice that is circular in motion.

Moving out.

Breathing in.

Breathing in this circular,

Beautiful dance of giving and receiving of the breath coming in and out of your body.

In and out in the sacred breath practice.

Circular dance.

Every breath is bringing in this vital love and acceptance and forgiveness.

And so now through the entirety of the meditation,

Just keeping this going,

This rhythmic giving and receiving of that purifying love and acceptance and forgiveness coming into your heart.

And if you so choose,

Moving beyond your heart through your entire body now.

This light is moving through your entire body now.

So good.

It's moving into all your chakra centers.

It's moving into your blood,

To your bones,

Your organs.

Your entire body is being flooded with this pure love and acceptance and forgiveness.

You can trust that it is going exactly where it needs to go.

No need to direct it,

Just allowing it to move through your entire energy system,

Surrendering to the light now.

All you have to do is get out of the way.

Any part of self that would like to try to take the wheel,

To be the one doing this meditation right now,

We're inviting you to just let that energy go.

Let that part just take a back seat just for a moment.

We're giving over the wheel.

We're letting go of the control to spirit only.

That is your surrendering process.

Just letting yourself be held by spirit.

Allowing yourself to feel the nourishing,

Loving,

Kind love and acceptance and forgiveness moving through your system.

And we say it in that order because often,

First,

As we feel love,

We feel we can feel that if anything comes into our life,

We can accept it.

If there is a lack of love,

If there's a feeling that there is enough love,

Often it's hard to accept what is.

And from there,

After we accept,

Often,

If there's anything to forgive,

Ourself or another or the world in some way,

We can easily forgive.

So we're inviting in this love,

This acceptance,

This forgiveness in that order.

Feel the love penetrating your entire body,

All cells,

All blood,

All organs,

All bones.

And feel that with that,

This holding of you in this loving way,

That you're now being gifted with the blessing of looking at anything in your life that has been a challenge to accept any person,

Any place,

Anything,

Any circumstance,

Anything that has ever occurred.

Perhaps you know exactly what it is right now.

Now,

See,

Can you accept it?

Can you accept this person?

Can you accept the circumstance?

Can you accept this challenging situation?

And if it feels difficult for you,

Just practice speaking it internally and see how it feels.

I accept this person.

I accept the situation.

With so much courage,

With so much beautiful spiritual will,

We're inviting in this acceptance that may be challenging.

For some of you,

It is,

I just accept all of it.

I accept my life.

I accept everything that's ever happened.

I accept this now.

I accept the future.

Whatever it is,

You can just feel it like that beautiful,

Powerful,

Unfiltered acceptance.

Acceptance.

It does not hold judgment.

It is not swayed by the outer world.

It's a choice.

It is a choice in every moment to accept.

No one's making you not accept.

It is our choice.

And in our acceptance,

We are liberated.

We are free.

We are not held down by resistance or mistrust or worry or doubt or fear.

We surrender into all that is.

We surrender into an acceptance that gives us wings so that we can fly anywhere and everywhere all the time as the multidimensional being that we are.

We are not bound by anything when we accept everything.

Taking those slow,

Gentle breaths.

Accepting all that you can right now.

Remember,

We are being held by so much love,

So much spirit,

And your soul is here completely.

And from here now,

Taking a moment to see that if you can accept,

Can you forgive yourself,

Everyone,

Everything,

Or perhaps just this one thing or this one person?

And this one person can literally just be you.

Perhaps as you began to accept,

It started to unlock what there is to forgive.

This is a natural part of the process.

So what is it?

What forgiveness could be beneficial at this time?

We encourage an internal process as I forgive myself,

Or I forgive this person,

Or I forgive this circumstance.

And it's an internal,

Repetitive,

Possible few threads of that to go on here now.

I forgive myself for this.

If you can kind of point out what it is you're forgiving yourself for,

That's so helpful.

This is your forgiveness process.

I forgive myself.

Perhaps you're even starting to feel into any fear that you've been holding,

Any judgment you've had of yourself or another,

Any worry that's been a part of your existence,

Any aversions,

Any attachments.

See if you can just feel into what is here now that you're forgiving yourself for.

Perhaps you're forgiving yourself for any fear that you've ever held and how that caused any waves in your life or choices that you made because of it,

Or you're forgiving yourself for the judgment of less than or not good enough for some time here,

And perhaps the comparison energy that you might have held in your system at some point,

Or anything that's coming forward.

Connecting it from your acceptance process into your forgiveness process now.

And it is true that we often can forgive ourself more than we can forgive another.

That's because in order to forgive another,

Often we need to forgive ourself first.

And then usually naturally from there,

Forgiveness is easy of all things and of others.

So if you feel that you're guided mostly to forgive oneself,

That can be once again a very normal,

Natural place to go.

And again,

Wherever you go,

It is perfectly divine for you.

Taking those slow and gentle breaths.

Notice that as you move into this forgiveness process,

As you are now,

You might be bringing up any feelings that might even be uncomfortable.

Those are a part of the unlocking of the energy that has been locked inside of the lack of forgiveness.

So letting that rise,

Letting those feelings come up,

Letting yourself just feel anything and everything that is here now.

If it feels like an old emotion,

That's almost like it's been trapped,

Again,

Breathing into it,

Letting it rise,

Letting it move through with the forgiveness work.

And if you feel like you can't forgive today,

It's totally fine.

Again,

It will come when it's time.

And we encourage further moving into acceptance,

Maybe as the next step,

If there is a lack of forgiveness available today.

Perhaps there wasn't that acceptance quite as much as you'd like today,

And that's okay.

So just working with that and just kind of seeing what threads or strands are there that are kind of blocking that acceptance and forgiveness practice and process.

And it might be just fear,

Could be worry.

And sometimes we hold on to this stuff as a kind of a badge of honor,

Like being like,

This is who I am.

I am this pain.

This is what's defining me.

See if you can feel any of that in your identity process,

Some part of yourself,

Trying to hang on to it as a way to protect yourself or to stay in control.

Just noting if there's any resistance,

If it has anything to do with that.

And once that clears,

Moving into what is available to you,

Which is complete and total liberation through acceptance and forgiveness,

That is what it brings you can only be good and only be beneficial.

You are not weakened by forgiveness.

You are empowered.

Your system is strengthened,

More vitality,

More joy,

More pure love.

You become enlivened,

Invigorated by your life in a new way when we forgive completely and we accept all that is.

One more last slow,

Gentle,

Clearing breath.

Slow,

Gentle,

Clearing breaths for the entirety of this day,

Please.

Gentleness,

Kindness,

Care with your energy system.
