Into your sacred heart.

To let go.
Feeling each breath coming in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Moving into this breath pattern that is now moving into a rhythmic circular breath pattern,
Moving the breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Each breath coming in through your nose now and dropping into your heart,
Dropping into your sacred,
Beautiful heart space.
The breath is literally landing in your heart,
Expanding and opening your heart when it lands in your heart.
The breath is moving in and it's opening and widening your heart now.
Each breath as you breathe out,
You're gathering that breath,
Breathing in,
Dropping into your heart,
Dropping down.
Into your heart,
Expanding,
Widening your heart space now.
Gentle,
Relaxed breaths,
Feeling yourself begin to calm down,
Letting go,
Relaxing the body.
You might even be beginning to feel your shoulders relax.
You're beginning to feel your body drop down.

Expanding your heart.

So beautiful that all you feel is relaxed.

Nowhere to go.

Meaning the breath is now expanding beyond your heart,
Moving through your entire central channel of your body.
It's like this beautiful,
Expansive breath that has the ability to travel all through your entire body.
This beautiful breath that's going through your entire central channel,
Going through all of your seven embodied chakras now,
Up and down your central channel,
Bringing forth this expansive,
Relaxed energy.
It's moving into your chakra system,
It's moving into your blood,
It's moving into your bones,
It's moving into your organs,
Your entire body,
Your entire being,
All your chakra centers,
Your seven embodied chakras,
You're becoming flooded with this relaxed,
Beautiful,
Calming light,
Calming energy.
And this breath has become light now,
Right?
So now you're beginning to see your breath as white diamond crystal light.
If you aren't already seeing it like that,
It's white light,
It's moving through your entire body,
Into your central channel,
To your blood,
Your bones,
Your organs,
It's being flooded with this white light of relaxation and calm.
