This evening prayer invites you to close the day with gratitude and gentle reflection. You’re guided to turn inward and witness the moments that shaped your day—not as burdens, but as teachers offering insight, compassion, and deeper self-understanding. Through mindful breathing, the practice helps you connect with the heart that holds, the soul that remembers, and the stillness that witnesses everything with grace. As you thank both the shadows and the light, difficulty becomes invitation, mistakes become guidance, and ordinary moments become sacred. This prayer supports integration, softens the nervous system, and prepares you for deep, restful surrender into the night.

Hello everyone.

So good to be here with you all.

Let us begin by taking some slow,

Gentle,

Deep cleansing breaths.

Through your nose and out through your mouth,

Please.

These beautiful,

Slow,

Gentle cleansing breaths.

And we invite you,

As you breathe,

That you begin to feel the divine connection to your heart and to your soul at this time by placing one or both hands over your heart space.

Please remember to connect here and to your breath through the entirety of this prayer that calls forth a beautiful segue out for the day today.

This beautiful prayer to have great gratitude for all that is and everything that occurred,

No matter if it was challenging today.

Here we go.

We thank you.

We thank you,

Great spirit,

To the divine,

To all of creation,

For this amazing opportunity to be here in this body with all the circumstances,

The environment we've chosen for all the many facets of life process that has occurred,

The relational dynamics,

Even the ones that we have considered moments challenging today or in the past.

We understand that everything in our life is a part of a beautiful,

Potent,

Divine tapestry that teaches us about who we really are.

Every trigger,

Every activated moment,

Every time that we feel that we lose presence or not in connection to our heart and soul as we're choosing right now,

We ask you please to nudge us back into presence,

To help us to find our way back to the center of our being,

To become steady in our light and our presence,

And that we choose to have great compassion for ourself,

Especially when we're hurting.

Rather than separating from ourself and that pain or resisting the pain,

We become present with it and meet ourself with great love,

Acceptance,

Compassion,

And possibly forgiveness,

Whatever's being called.

We ask you,

Great Spirit,

To the divine,

All of creation,

Please help us,

Help me find my way back into consciousness anytime that I lose that ability to be present and not conscious because of some sort of facet of this reality supposedly attempting to rock my peace.

That I know that in that consciousness,

I will know how to act and what to choose that is in my highest and greatest good for my expansion and for my evolution as a soul in this body.

Deep,

Slow breath.

And so for this moment,

I see my day.

I wrap this day up with light and with love and have gratitude for all of it,

Even in the challenging moments.

For I know that it is here to help me to expand,

To grow,

To learn,

To evolve,

To become more conscious,

Which gives me more peace,

Helps me access my true inner joy.

I thank you.

And so we say,

And so it is,

And so it shall be.

Amen.

Namaste.
