This meditation invites you into a sacred space where your breath becomes a gentle, healing current flowing through your body. As you breathe consciously, you’re guided to notice areas of tension, worry, or discomfort with compassion and presence. With each inhale, imagine drawing in warm, luminous light that softens resistance and opens space for ease and renewal. As your breath deepens, a soothing wave of compassion moves through you, releasing old weight and reconnecting you with the sacredness of your body. This practice helps you soften into yourself, nurture emotional healing, and remember the divine life force that lives within and around you. Allow the breath to carry you into stillness, restore balance, and awaken a loving connection to your own essence.

Hello everyone.

Thank you for being here.

Let's begin by taking a slow,

Gentle,

Relaxed,

Deep breath.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Moving into this meditation.

In this moment we invite you to feel your feelings in connection to your body.

Meaning,

As you connect to your body,

We invite you to feel what your body is feeling.

Meaning,

We often think that our body is separate from us.

We are luminous light beings,

Souls in a body.

We have a multidimensional nature.

Emotional,

Spiritual,

Mental,

Physical.

And these cannot be disconnected.

They are truly one.

So feel your emotional body connecting to your physical body.

And for this brief time together,

Anywhere there's been tense energy in your body,

Whether it's been in your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your stomach,

Your head,

Your heart.

Taking a moment to take a deep,

Slow,

Gentle breath and direct that breath right into the center of this tension.

Almost like you're directing the breath in there.

And this breath is filled with this beautiful,

Potent,

Compassionate light now.

It is filled with the compassionate light of spirit coming right into the center of your breath,

Into the tension.

Let yourself feel what's here.

Maybe there's even a message for you.

I feel sad or I feel angry.

Maybe there's a belief.

I'm not good enough.

I need to be better.

Whatever it is,

Feel the infusion of your breath coming into the center.

Some more deep,

Slow breaths.

Every breath directing right into the center of that tension.

Feeling that compassionate light moving in as the antidote to releasing the tension.

This tension is now beginning to release as you breathe in,

Filling your breath with that compassionate light coming right into the center of that tension.

And your body is now saying thank you.

Ah,

That feels so good.

See,

There's another space in the body where there's tension.

Breathe right into the center of it.

It's your stomach now or it's your shoulders.

Same process.

Breathing right into the center of it.

This compassionate light.

Feel your body saying thank you.

Ah,

Thank you.

If you see or feel a message here,

Listen.

Maybe it's saying,

Be more gentle on yourself.

Maybe it's saying,

Be more gentle on yourself.

Take more time to care for me.

Maybe it's just some gentle breathing or walking in the garden or a stroll by the beach more consistently.

Feel that your body is talking to you right now.

Maybe it's still asking you for it to breathe into the center of the tension.

That's fine too.

This is you becoming in close connection to your body and what it has to share with you.

How do we heal our body?

It's by having this beautiful inner conversation with it.

Letting it share what it has to say with us.

So one more deep,

Slow,

Gentle breath.

One more deep,

Slow,

Gentle breath.

Letting that compassionate light move maybe perhaps your whole body now flooding your body.

Feeling it move all around your body,

Your beautiful body.

Perhaps even saying thank you,

Thank you as you surrender to this compassionate loving light moving throughout your whole body.

Right now,

Right now and all day long.

Thank you so much for joining together here today to love on our bodies.

Thank you.
