Morning’s Radiant Light: Prayer Of Remembering

Breath by breath, we welcome calm, clarity, and a soft return to ourselves. As morning light arrives, each inhale reconnects us to our inner strength and each exhale releases tension we no longer need. With every breath, come home to your heart.

We call in light not as something far away, but as the truth already within. Feel it gently pouring through you like warm water, soothing doubt, mending what feels tender, and awakening your quiet wisdom. Notice the places inside that feel shadowed and offer them the same soft illumination. Light does not rush or force. It comforts. It reminds you who you are.

Let this presence guide your day, steady your choices, and widen your compassion. May you move forward grounded, open, and held in love.

Hello everyone.

We're going to move into a prayer together to begin your day in this wonderful potent energy of feeling bathed in the light of Spirit.

Let's begin by taking a slow and gentle deep breath and remembering to breathe in this way.

These slow deep gentle breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth through the entirety of this prayer.

So we invite in now all angels,

All guides to join us in the prayer.

My angels and guides as well as yours.

We thank you.

We thank you so very much Mother,

Father,

God,

Divine Omnipresent Omnipotent Energy that holds us so lovingly and so beautifully.

We ask you Great Spirit to the Divine Creation,

To the beautiful vast universe,

Please offer your creative,

Joyous,

Loving,

Compassionate Divine Light to come into our systems at this time.

We invite in that in this moment that there is nothing to do to receive it.

So let's take that slow and deep breath.

Feel that in this prayer we're inviting in the we,

Our connection to all that is,

Our connection to Spirit and our soul.

And so that in this prayer we understand Dear Spirit,

Dear Creation,

Dear God,

Dear Universe,

However each one of us connects in this prayer,

That we're being invited to remember our connection to this light and to this love and to this purity of this vital,

Vast,

Potent energy that we are that we are not separate from,

That we are not separate from,

And nor could we ever have been.

So any part of us we ask you to infuse into our systems right now,

Healing and purification and light,

So much light that every part of us is being bathed in this light,

Every bit of us is being bathed in this light,

So see and feel this light pouring over us,

We ask you Dear Spirit,

Dear Source,

Dear Creation,

Invite us to remember that all we need to do is surrender right now,

So please help us pour this light over us,

Through us,

Let us be bathed in it,

We are so grateful,

For we know that as we ask we truly do receive,

So we are asking,

As we start this day today,

Let our day be one where we remember to remember that we are not separate from this light,

This light is us,

So not only are we bathed in it,

We are it,

So we thank you so much,

And so we say,

And so it is,

And so it shall be.
