Everyone.
Thank you so much for joining me in this meditation.
Truly,
Always a beautiful honor and a blessing to be here with you.
So let's move right in.
We are going to dive into a meditation today that is to bring forth a connection to your soul's light,
A connection to the space behind your heart,
The seat of your soul,
As well as within that space,
Beginning to get to really know yourself through your soul's light,
Starting to leave the form-based reality behind,
Leaving the 3D,
Stepping into this multidimensional beingness that you hold and really feeling into the attributes,
The characteristics that your soul holds so beautifully,
Just as you do just by being you.
So let us begin.
So let's start by taking some slow and gentle cleansing breaths.
Slow,
Gentle,
Clearing,
Cleansing breaths,
Moving the breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Every breath,
Every breath coming in through your nose,
Out through your mouth,
Gathering this beautiful,
Vital,
Loving energy of the sweet Mother Earth now as you breathe out.
If it feels good to you,
You can even feel how good it feels to be in nature,
Your connection to nature.
As you breathe out,
You're gathering that vital connection to the Mother,
The Supreme Goddess,
Mother Earth.
You're gathering that beautiful,
Vital,
Loving,
Nourishing energy of the Supreme Mother Goddess.
Your connection to nature is being gathered as you breathe out and you're breathing that in.
You're bringing it into your body now,
Bringing it into your heart,
Dropping into your heart,
Letting that loving,
Nourishing,
Warm energy of Mother Earth move into your heart.
It'll be for each one of us what we gather,
Right?
Perhaps you feel this peace that's being gathered or you're feeling this nourishment that is just so peaceful.
Bringing that in through your breath,
Bringing it into your heart,
Dropping into your heart and taking a pause right there.
Once you drop into your heart right here,
Pause on your breath and just notice and feel this nourishing Mama energy going into your heart,
This unconditional,
Loving,
Beautiful,
Pure light,
Pure vitality of the sweet Mama Earth coming into your heart now.
Feel her moving into your heart,
Nothing to do,
Just allowing that kind,
Loving energy to enter into your heart space and it's doing what it so beautifully does,
Which is purify and heal us when we just get out of the way and let it happen.
If you haven't allowed your breath to move outward,
You can do that now,
Breathing out and breathing back in and dropping into your heart once more.
On this breathing,
You can feel that once again,
You've been graced with the sweet Mother Earth energy that is here for you.
Dropping in,
Connecting to your heart,
It is encircling your heart,
It is moving through your heart,
It is literally purifying and releasing anything and everything now that does not serve you,
Any wounding,
Any past pain,
Anything that's been here that has been hanging on in your heart for some time or even just recently,
And it's simply time to go so that your heart is open,
Expanded in this meditation to receive this wisdom,
This new information,
Possibly this healing.
So breathing back out,
Moving into this beautiful breathing out and breathing in,
Moving into a circular breath,
Breathing out and breathing in,
Really feeling your breath now is in a slow,
Relaxed breath pattern and each breath on the in breath and the out breath are moving in a sacred dance now.
It feels so good,
It's rhythmic and easy.
There is a beautiful rhythm happening right now.
And as you drop into your heart on this next breath,
We're inviting you to take two steps back behind your heart.
These two beautiful,
Loving,
Intuitive steps back behind your heart to what is called the seat of your soul.
For some of you,
This may be new,
A new practice.
And with any practice,
With practice,
It goes deeper within us.
Right?
Anytime we practice,
We become more proficient over the course of time.
So if it's new,
Or it feels awkward,
That is completely fine.
And it's completely normal.
It is your meditation,
It is your choice to just allow it to happen.
Just practice dropping in.
Practice dropping into this space now.
Notice the shift,
Notice the change.
And we're asking you as you drop in begin to notice not only that you're here now,
But that you're being invited to get to know your soul a bit more.
Perhaps you've been doing soul work for some time.
So this is not new for you.
And again,
And if it is,
That's totally okay.
We're all on different stages and places of the evolutionary journey of the soul.
So we're inviting a deepening of connection now possibly for some of you and a completely new awakening into connection to your soul this time.
And so just listening now asking this question,
With a beautiful question,
The sacred question,
One of the most pivotal questions that we could ever ask ourself,
Dear soul,
Who am I?
Why am I here?
First,
Ask those two questions.
And just listen.
This is an intuitive listening process.
Who am I?
Why am I here?
And just let the soul,
Your soul answer.
And whatever answer you get,
Rather than disputed or try to change it,
Just go with your first intuitive response that you're hearing.
Practice trusting in your intuition in this meditation.
Taking those slow,
Gentle breaths as you're listening,
Letting the energy move,
Always letting yourself breathe through the entirety of this meditation.
And can you just receive the answers you're getting now just letting them in,
Allowing yourself to receive what's being shared now.
Slow,
Gentle breaths.
And notice if it does bring up anything,
If you're starting to feel any resistance or any mind based chatter,
Starting to wonder of curiosity.
See if just for these next few moments of this meditation.
Those are all overrode because all we need to do here right now is practice listening.
We're going to move into a couple more questions here to your beautiful soul.
How cool is that?
You're now in connection to your soul's light to your soul's expressive,
Beautiful light.
What makes up my soul?
Meaning like,
What's the characteristics,
Perhaps one or at least a couple?
What are some of the traits that represent my soul today?
And remember,
Your soul is constantly evolving as you are evolving in this day to day world.
And your soul is an amalgamation of all the past lives,
Past experiences,
All rolled into this one life.
So perhaps there's been a lot of shaping of who you truly are over the course of some time now.
And there's some pieces of you parts of you that have not fully integrated into your soul's light.
And that is okay.
What we're working with right now is the parts of you that have integrated and therefore there is this understanding of who you really are.
There's literally characteristics and traits that have been developed that really show you who you really are.
You may even feel it in your day to day life.
So let your soul answer this question now.
Who are you really feel what your has to share now?
What are some of these characteristics?
What are some of these beautiful traits?
Perhaps you hear something like you are full of courage.
You are compassionate.
These are just examples.
Perhaps there's one more to share before you move into listening,
Which is perhaps you're hearing something like you love to be in relational dynamics,
Like you love to be in relationships,
They help you learn and grow your soul evolves beautifully through relationship.
Maybe that's something you've learned over the course of many lives.
So just feel into what's being heard here.
Who are you really?
What are some of those characteristics?
What are some of those loving,
Beautiful traits?
And listening now.
Gentle,
Slow,
Cleansing breaths.
Remembering to breathe as you listen.
And can you just receive what's being heard?
Perhaps it's not new for some of you.
And for some,
It feels completely new.
And perhaps it even feels liberating to start to feel into the truth of who you are.
Because here's the thing.
We begin to know the truth of who we really are.
We can let go of what we are not.
We can just easily begin to let go of what we are not.
You can stop trying to be something we are not.
So see if you can feel as you review just for a moment,
Your day to day 3d world.
We asked you to step away from it.
And now we're asking you to enter into it.
And just see where you have been expressing who you truly are.
And perhaps where you can see there could be some modification that'd be really helpful and serving.
So just a quick review,
We're not going to take a long time with it.
How much are you bringing forward who you truly are?
And how much is there still some of this trying or needing to be or should do or supposed to be any of that stuff?
Just a quick review here now.
Good.
So now take that slow,
Deep cleansing breath and see if you can just see all of it with so much neutrality.
So much acceptance.
So much loving understanding.
Perhaps this work you're doing right now was not something you'd ever done before.
And now you are begun a new way forward of awareness and consciousness.
To be aware of what choices you make,
What decisions you make that are loving and in alignment with your soul with your soul's light as you walk forward from now.
