Journey into a Future Lifetime to meet with someone you may be missing but it won't be a sad reunion it will show you that the connection is still there and not broken. You will spend some time with them and maybe gain some insights that can help you now. This is a short guided meditation journey where you will either see, hear, feel or know what is happening. A future lifetime with a departed loved one,
Based on the original script by Anne Church,
Presented by Radiant Angel Energy.
So before we get started,
Please do make sure you are somewhere safe and comfortable,
Where you can be nice and relaxed and will not be disturbed.
Please make sure you have all your concentration on this future lifetime with a departed loved one and you are not operating any machinery or driving or doing anything energetic.
Make sure all phones are switched off and please do have a glass of water with you so that you can drink some water at the end of this future lifetime with a departed loved one to make sure you are fully back here in the present in here and now.
So I would like you to close your eyes and as you do so and I would like you to gently engage your imagination and imagine that with every in-breath you can breathe in relaxation,
Breathing in relaxation into every single muscle of your body,
Every cell of your body,
Just letting go and relaxing deeper and deeper,
With every in-breath becoming slightly more relaxing than the last and in the same way that you can breathe in relaxation,
You can let go of any unnecessary tension or stress just with the out-breath letting go of anything you no longer need and allow this to become an unconscious process,
Breathing in relaxation,
Breathing out anything you no longer need and you can be aware of all the sounds around you,
Maybe voices or stomachs or clocks but just know that these sounds are unimportant so you can just disregard them in your own way and just allow them to help you to relax deeper and deeper and allow them to help you concentrate,
Concentrate on the sound of my voice,
My voice which is also going to help you relax deeper and deeper.
So now think about relaxing,
For as you think about relaxing so you will relax,
As you think about relaxing all of your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes all the way down your arms to your fingertips and just feel the top of your head relax and just feel that relaxation move down into the back of your head and then move down into your forehead,
Into your brow and your temples and just feel your eyelids so heavy and relaxed as this relaxation moves down into your nose,
Your cheeks,
Your ears,
Your mouth and your jaw feeling so relaxed and allow this relaxation to move down into your neck as you feel all your neck muscles relax and this relaxation moves down into your shoulders and your shoulders feel so relaxed like warm sunshine just massaging them and this relaxation now moves down into your upper arms,
Your elbows,
Your lower arms,
Your wrists,
Your hands and your fingers feeling so relaxed and allow this relaxation to move into your upper body as it moves into your chest muscles,
As your chest muscles relax and that relaxation moves further down into your stomach muscles as you just let your stomach muscles relax and this relaxation moves into your back and you feel all your back muscles relax and you feel your spine relaxing vertebrae by vertebrae by vertebrae and this relaxation moves down into your hips,
Your pelvis,
Your buttocks sinking you deeper down where you are relaxing and this relaxation moves down into your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your shins,
Your ankles,
Your feet and your toes and your whole body is so relaxed.
Now I want you to see,
Feel,
Imagine or know a beautiful staircase,
A beautiful staircase of 10 wide safe comfortable steps leading down to a place of safety and relaxation for you,
A place that can be somewhere you know or somewhere you imagine you will feel safe and relaxed.
Now I want you to start walking down that staircase each distending stare from 10 to 1 relaxing you more and more,
So walking down the stairs now 10,
Going deeper down the stairs 9,
Deeper down the stairs 8,
Going deeper down the stairs 7,
More and more relaxed as you go deeper down the stairs 6,
Deeper down the stairs 5,
Deeper down the stairs 4,
More and more relaxed down the stairs 3,
Deeper down the stairs 2,
All the way down the stairs 1,
As you step off into a place of safety and relaxation,
Real or imaginary and I'll just give you a moment to explore this place and get a sense of how safe,
Secure and relaxing it is.
And now in this place of safety and relaxation I want you to find a place to settle down and relax and just let go of all stress and worries and just feel a sense of peace,
There is someone who has passed over and who you are missing,
Just knuckle down and focus on that person,
You do not need to feel sad in any way,
Just remember some of the special times that you have spent together,
Notice what you remember about them,
Perhaps the sound of their voice or how you felt when you were with them,
Remember them in as much detail as you can and just know that when you have had a strong connection to someone they will be with you again in a future lifetime and in a moment you will be visiting a future lifetime and meeting with your loved one,
So focus on your breathing and relax,
Now just imagine that you are standing in front of a huge daily mansion,
You look around and notice how everything is perfectly kept,
The flower beds with beautiful arrays of flowers,
Even the driveway is immaculate and you notice there are steps leading up to a huge solid oak door that has a large shiny brass door knocker,
You walk up the steps and knock on the door and as you do so the door swings open and inside you can see a vast hallway,
You step inside and look around,
You see beautiful paintings on the wall and you notice a beautiful wooden floor and above you is a chandelier casting out a soft light across the room and you walk across the wooden floor to find yourself at the foot of a very grand circular staircase that spirals upwards,
Deep inside you know there is something very special about this staircase,
Your inner knowing tells you that this staircase will take you to a higher realm where you will be able to access a future lifetime,
One that will connect you with someone very special,
There is someone you have lost in your current time that you would dearly love to connect with again,
Just know that your loved one will be waiting for you at the top of the stairs,
So you walk up the staircase and as you make your way up you have a great sense of peace because you know that you will be reunited with your loved one,
As you make your way up you know this special person will be waiting for you,
You carefully take one step at a time up the stairs because the light is quite dim but each step is lit and you can make out the next step in front of you,
You walk up step by step all the way up the far staircase,
Each step bringing you closer to your loved one,
Soon you are nearing the top,
You have a feeling of anticipation as you take that last few steps and now you are at the top and you step onto the landing,
The light is still quite dim but you are aware of your loved one,
The light becomes a little brighter and so you may be able to see them or you may simply be aware of their presence,
Take a moment to connect with your loved one,
Now get a sense of your future lifetime together,
You may see this,
You may hear this,
You may feel this or you may know this,
It will come to you in whichever way is easier for you to understand and as you get a sense of your future lifetime with your loved one,
Get a sense of what you are to each other,
You are now going to spend some time with your loved one,
You will be able to talk to them and ask them what you need to know,
Tell them what you would like to tell them,
Ask any advice that you want and I leave you now for a moment or two to communicate in any way in this future lifetime with your departed loved one.

You you And soon it will be time to come back to your current lifetime Lifetime so if there's anything else you'd like to ask With your departed loved one or explore your future lifetime together Now is the time to do that you you Now it's time to say our of wah to your loved one But give them a hug with joy Knowing that you will be reunited again one day When the time is right But you'll always be able to fill their presence and connect with them Anytime you think about them And now your loved one starts to fade away And you start walking down this vast circular staircase This beautiful spiral staircase Taking you back down into the vast hallway The vast hallway with a beautiful wooden floor The chandelier Castle beautiful soft light and the paintings on the wall And you walk forwards and you step towards that big oak door And you open that door and you step outside And you walk down those steps back into your place of safety and relaxation And you get up from where you were in this place of safety and relaxation And you head towards the staircase With the ten steps leading back up to your current lifetime And in a moment you're going to walk up those steps Each ascending number bringing you back to your current time Remembering your experience your journey your future lifetime So walking back up the stairs now one Coming further up the stairs two further up the stairs three Coming further up the stairs three Coming further up the stairs two further up the stairs three Coming further up the stairs four and five Remembering your journey remembering your loved one coming all the way up the stairs six seven eight Start to wiggle fingers and toes nine ten Open your eyes be back fully present fully aware If need be drink some water make sure you are fully grounded fully back fully present And welcome back You You
