Listen to your breath Feel your breath as it enters your nose or mouth feel your body rise and fall With the breath count down with me from five to zero and with each number you feel more relaxed and calm five four feeling more relaxed three two and one Feeling your eyelids relaxed and zero now visualize a ball of bright white light in the center of your body light beams shine outwards from within this ball and shines out in all directions and Fills your whole body with loving heavenly light This light clears out all negativity and fills any void so all parts of your body Are fulfilled with loving light and you notice feelings of serenity within and without See yourself stood on the top of a huge mountain of pebbles and rocks and the weather is calm and serene Where you stand at the top around you is a wild ocean And you can hear the waves crashing very far below you at the base of the huge mountain of rocks and pebbles That you stand on anywhere any energy is being taken or given that would affect your peace and serenity Is washed away by the crashing waves a large beam of light?
Shines through light purple clouds and And covers you completely more light beams shine and cover the entire mountain of rocks and pebbles visualize that any demands That are being asked of you as soon as they approach your mountain are lit up fully by the universal light Calmed and then washed away by the crashing waves all that is at the top of the mountain with you is peace And serenity and wholeness within you take some time now Watching any troubles thoughts or distractions that take away from your peace being filled by the universal light and Washed away from your mountain by the ocean waves on the top of these rocks You can feel balanced and whole within yourself and with your connection with the light and love from the universe slowly The ocean waves calm next to you is a gentle and smooth path and you follow this all the way to the bottom of the pile and Slowly climb into a safe little boat It sways gently as you climb in and gain your balance you reach for the paddle and you paddle back to reality Now slowly waking up by wiggling your toes and fingers and your whole body Taking this sense of serenity and wholeness with you throughout your day all the best on the rest of your journey
