Allow yourself the next few minutes to meditate in a safe and quiet place Where you will have space and peace sit or lay down However is most comfortable for you Listen to your breath feel your breath as it enters your nose or mouth feel your body rise and fall With the breath count down with me from five to zero and with each number you feel more relaxed and calm five four feeling more relaxed three two one Feeling your eyelids relaxed and zero now visualize a ball a bright white light in the center of your body light beams shine outwards from within this ball and shines out in all directions and Fills your whole body with loving heavenly light this light clears out all negativity and fills any void So all parts of your body are fulfilled with loving light And you notice feelings of serenity within and without and all around you imagine yourself Stood upright on a glass floor your bare foot and feel the warm glass beneath your feet You are surrounded by an endless light blue color.
There are no objects No scenes only the color blue in all directions You feel an inch of water gently running from behind you and you feel and hear the water Slowly flowing past and over your feet.
It is warm and has a lovely fresh sweet smell You feel relaxed ask a higher power to stand above you and they hold a tool of your choice This could be a sword or a wand or whatever you choose for them to hold as they're above you They point this instrument down Aimed down from your head to your feet down the line of The chakras the instrument of choice does not touch you and you feel a long energy of golden lights flow down through the center of Your crown chakra and then down through your throat chakra and the loving energy flows through your heart chakra and continues to flow down to the center of your solar plexus chakra your sacral chakra Down through your root chakra and down into the water where the energy continues to flow In the form of rainbow colors.
The energy flow is never-ending and you feel replenished this line of energy That flows from your higher power above you and down through your whole body now expands outwards from your chakra centers and expands until your whole body is filled and then surrounded by cylinder Of golden energy and slowly the light expands further the light remains within you and around you And we now ask that your higher power Please use their instrument or tool To cut all cords from energies that are not To our highest good we ask that all cords That are cut fall gently into the rainbow river and that they be renewed and refreshed And lovingly returned to the other person who holds the other end of the cord Now ask your higher power to start cutting cords from all around you you feel a gentle breeze As the cords are gently cut you feel another breeze You feel another breeze as the cords are cut from your entire left side And now from behind you and now from your right side and all cords in front of you Are now cut all cards above you are cut and all cords below you and now all cords Gently flow away from you in the river that flows around you By your feet all cords and are released and are floating away in the river's energy being replenished And returned to their owner the golden light still flows inside and around you and this light gently And fully replenishes all places where cords were cut yourself and all other people involved can feel more whole Within and with the light of the universe And the protection of your higher power.
You can feel more renewed.
We thank The higher power as we look down the last trickle of water leaves and where the last drop of water leaves Small white rose grows we pick this and smell its sweetness We offer it to our higher power in gratitude.
They take this and slowly fade away We are now surrounded by the serene blue color again Slowly we return to reality wiggling toes and fingers gently And then the whole body you may feel gentle and positive shifts throughout your day And know that with universal love and gentleness you and others Are now more whole with universal light and love hoping you have a wonderful rest of your day Wishing you all the best on your continued journey
