Waterwheel, Feeling, Healing And Releasing

This was a channeled meditation. When I woke up one morning I felt motivated on how to share a message of having God or a higher power remove defects of character while being immersed in light. I love the idea of a waterwheel carrying away problems and giving them to God and receiving grace.

Lay down or sit up in whichever position feels most comfortable. Listen for the sound of your breath. Now imagine at the core of your belly there's a small ball of light growing brightly and it's made of yellows, Golds and oranges. See this ball of light getting bigger. Imagine it like a disco ball and the light shines in all directions through your whole body, Reaching all parts of your body and will remain like this for the whole meditation. Now imagine you hear the trickling of water. You're on a brown stony path. You follow a curve in the path. You step off the path and out onto some cool, Damp grass that's covered in dew. You lift a branch, Walk under a few trees and the trickling sound of the water is getting louder. And now there's splashing noises too. You come to a clearing and you see a lovely and beautiful water wheel in motion. It is made from old reddish brown wood and it creaks slightly and it splashes as each bucket hits the water. It's quite a large water wheel. The centre is covered in ivy and flowers that have grown up its strong centre and there's splashes every few seconds as the next bucket hits the water and trickles as the buckets circle around and leave the water. Now we're going to imagine that the water is our feelings, Including feelings of grief, Guilt, Pain, Love, Joy, Shame, Regret, Remorse, Worthiness, Worthlessness, Feeling wanted, Feeling elated, Sorrow, And also things that we said that we want to take back, Things that we said that we're proud of and enjoyed, Things that we did that did not feel good and also that do feel good, Things we feel bad about and as each bucket hits the water it collects one of them and as it lifts back out of the water whilst it's circling around it carries our chosen feeling up to the sky. As the bucket reaches the top of the circle, Like a ferris wheel, The feeling we want to release is taken out by an angel, God, Or a higher power and replaced with a gift. Now we stand just before the bucket will hit the water again and take out this gift and take out this gift. This could be a coloured flower, A white rose, A feather, A gemstone, A candle, Whatever comes into your imagination. So let's try this together. As a bucket hits the water, Goes around and through the water, What feeling or painful thing are you going to put in there? And then this feeling rises up in the bucket, Goes up towards the top of the wheel and is taken out. This will then be recognised, Understood and transformed, Or changed into something magical, Or turned into a positive aspect. However, This is not your thing to worry about. The feeling will be replaced with a gift and this time it's a blue gemstone and as the wheel comes back down you reach for the blue gemstone. It's cool to touch, It's the size of your thumbnail and you can see right through it. It's beautiful. You place this gemstone in your pocket, Take a deep breath and allow the change. Let's go again. The bucket dips through the water, Maybe we put something we feel worthless about in ourselves or something we said today that we didn't really mean and wish we could go back and do it. And it goes up, Up towards the sky and as it reaches the top it's taken out and then replaced with a beautiful little shell. Little shell and as the shell comes down with the turning wheel you take out the shell. It's speckled with purple and white colours. Looking at the shell, Still hearing the sound of the water wheel, You feel refreshed and lighter and renewed. You place the shell in your pocket and as you do you realise the blue gemstone is gone. It's become part of you and as we get each new item, The other item we received before will integrate into us. We will feel beautiful and lovely and renewed. Let's go again together. The bucket collects the water, Whatever you want to let go of, Place this in the bucket. It rises up into the sky, It's taken out and replaced with a gift. You take this gift out, Have a good look at it. What is it? What shape is it? What colour is it? What's its size? How does it feel? You place it in your pocket, You feel a shift of positivity and grace within you and you know you deserve love, Light, Grace and blessings and that you're doing your best. The wheel continues to turn. Continue this as many times as you would like until the last item you receive you keep in your hand. You thank the water wheel and all beings and powers involved and you walk back to the forest that's now clear. There's no trees to duck under, There's no rocky path. Instead, Beautiful blossom trees stand alongside the clear path from where you came. The path is now golden in colour and smooth and gentle on your feet. And you keep this item in your hand until you see the next person in your day that you want to give it to. You don't have to give them anything, But just the thought of it, Of imagining that you're giving them the item in your hand. This could be a gemstone, A shell, A flower. Imagine handing it to them and with it the feelings of love, Light, Grace and blessings. And imagine now they get to go and have their own journey to the water wheel.
