Hi,

My name is Radiance and I'll be guiding you through our meditative practice today.

Today's practice will be lying down.

So I want you to find a space where you are most comfortable and cozy and where you feel a nice essence of peace that just kind of surrounds you as we nestle into ourselves here.

So you can gather any items that you need to keep you cozy,

Maybe a blanket or a pillow,

And lie down in a position that makes you feel your most comfortable.

From here we're going to set our practice intention.

Today's intention will focus on preparing the way and how we grow into each level of ourselves as we journey on through life.

So set your intention that you surrender to the way that is within your heart and use this as a way to prepare.

Place your hands over your heart in a way that brings softness into your body.

Gently close your eyes or give yourself a soft gaze.

Take a long deep inhale through your nose,

Holding at the top.

Exhale through your nose,

Through your nose,

Holding at the bottom.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Big inhale,

Exhale.

Finding your own breath here and continuing that breath for a few cycles,

Allowing your body to settle in and to your mat or wherever you are laying at this time.

And when you feel fully settled,

Bring awareness to your heart.

Consider the many selves you have been and as you breathe evenly,

Consider how the new self has always been growing within you right now.

Meditate on the newness growing within you.

Relax your grip,

Relax your shoulders,

Settle deeper,

Become softer.

Allow your mind to simply be.

Taking a cleansing inhale here,

Exhale,

Release.

Continue to breathe on your own and allow your heart to really respond to you.

Where is the newness?

Where is the newness going?

This essence,

This airy feel of joy,

Where is it taking you?

Thinking about how to relax the control over the habits of your mind that may be blocking your growth.

Ask yourself,

Is there something you've been trying to tell me?

Continue to breathe,

Listening for the answer,

Allowing it to gently come into your presence.

Thank you.

I honor you.

Thank you.

Continue to let those words permeate your heart.

Taking a deep cleansing inhale here,

Exhale,

Open mouth release.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale completely.

And feel that newness settle through your spirit.

Releasing your hands and letting awareness come back through your body.

Lick your lips,

Maybe you're unclenching your jaw,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Closing your practice with the intention once more.

And consider how your new self has always been growing with you.
