Prepare yourself to relax now.

Prepare yourself to experience calm,

To feel quiet,

To know peace.

Find a comfortable position.

Begin to sink down and be supported by your surrounding environment.

Close your eyes and focus on breathing naturally.

Inhale and fill your body with life-giving air.

Exhale and relax,

Allowing your body to sink and soften.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Feel more and more peaceful and calm with each breath.

I am thankful for the amazing,

Kind people in my life.

I only accept and expect the best.

I'm seen,

I'm heard,

I matter and I'm important.

Today is full of endless opportunities.

I am enough.

I choose to be happy and love myself today.

I am filled with gratitude for being given the gift of another day.

I am unaffected by the judgement of others.

I am at peace with the ebb and flow of life.

I get to choose.

I get to choose how I think,

Feel,

React and show up.

I am the source of time.

Today I let go of suffering and I choose to shine.

I can do hard things.

All is well.

Now spend a minute just enjoying this relaxed feeling.

When you're ready,

Allow your attention to come back to the here and now.

Then stretch out and when you're ready,

Open your eyes and deliver your greatness to the world.

Feeling refreshed now,

Renewed and relaxed.

Today is going to be a great day.

Life can be beautiful if you make it.

It's up to you.

Happiness is something you can choose.
