Notice your breathing.
Now breathe in for a count of four.
Hold for a few seconds and exhale for six.
Breathe in for four,
Hold for a few seconds and exhale slowly and evenly for six.
Notice if there is any kind of emotion you can feel in your body.
See if you can give that emotion a name.
