Transcript

Sit or lay in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Let your shoulders drop.

Unclench your hands and jaw.

Take a deep breath.

Breathe in through your nose and fill up your chest and stomach.

Breathe out through your mouth and release all that old stale air.

Breathing in once again.

Fully in and let it go.

Feel your body letting go of everything as you exhale.

Once again breathing in noticing how your chest and stomach rise and then breathing out making that exhale longer,

Slower and even.

Breathing in calm.

Breathing out tension.

Breathing in now to the full extent of your breath and breathing out to the full extent of your breath.

Making your exhalation longer than the inhalation.

So inhaling slowly and exhaling slowly,

Evenly.

Notice your breath now coming in and out of your body.

When your mind wanders off that is completely normal.

Thinking is what the mind does.

Just come back to your breathing.

Now I want you to take six long deep breaths in your own time.

And if you get to six before we move on start at one again.

Just notice how your feeling in your body after taking the time to breathe so intentionally.

And to finish silently saying to yourself,

All is well.

I am safe.

All of life comes to me with ease and grace.

Wriggle the fingers and the toes now.

Stretch whatever parts of the body you intuitively need.

And when you are ready open your eyes and deliver your greatness to the world.

Feeling calmer and more relaxed.

You you
