Rachael Moloney

Rachael is a passionate primary teacher and also meditation teacher. She completed her training diploma as a Meditation Teacher in 2016 with the British School of Meditation and has since then created her own meditation business. Rachael is determined to teach children and adults how to use their breath and meditation to help them calm down and deal with situations more effectively. Rachael is a daily meditator and uses the practice to be a calm and grounded parent to her two little kids.
