Hi there,

This is Rachel from Therapist Spills the Tea and thanks for joining me for Mindfulness Moment.

This one is a moment of self-love.

Take a moment to get into a comfortable position,

Finding your body supported and relaxed here.

I invite you to gently close your eyes and finding yourself in a rhythm with your breath,

Inhaling and exhaling,

Keeping your breath with you through this entire self-love moment.

I invite you to set the intention of expressing kindness and grace to your mind,

Body,

And spirit,

Wrapping your entire being with love and compassion,

Imagining a gentle softness,

A welcoming warmth surround your body,

Protecting your heart,

Supporting your mind,

And fueling your spirit,

An all-encompassing aura of love,

Accepting and loving yourself in this present moment and making a commitment to do so in each present moment to come,

Choosing tenderness towards self with every step forward and any steps backward,

Choosing love,

Choosing grace.

I invite you to breathe in love and exhale with release,

Breathing in compassion and exhaling with release,

Breathing in tenderness and grace and exhaling with release,

Breathing in unconditional love towards yourself and exhaling release,

Taking a few more deep breaths here,

Inhaling what you may need and just exhaling release,

Inhaling and exhaling.

As we wrap up,

Thanking yourself,

Mind,

Body,

And spirit for engaging in this mindfulness moment of self-love,

Self-care.

When you are ready,

Gently opening your eyes and coming back to the space around you.
