Welcome to your manifesting meditation.
This meditation is going to help you manifest a specific target or a goal or an outcome that you desire.
And this meditation is based off of Silva learning meditation methods and it's been very useful to myself so I'd like to share it with you.
So when you are ready just find a spot where you won't be disturbed.
This meditation is about 20 minutes long so give yourself space where you can be quiet and you can relax and be still.
So when you are ready we'll begin by taking a deep breath in and while you exhale mentally envision the number three in front of you.
Again take a deep breath in envisioning the number three and repeating it three times in your mind.
I'm going to help you get into a very relaxed state.
I am going to direct your attention to different parts of your body.
Breathing here.
Gentle inhales and exhales and slowly begin to relax your scalp.
Relaxing your forehead.
Relax your eyes and the tissues that are around your face.
Relax your jaw and your tongue.
Relax your throat.
Relax your shoulders,
Your arms and your hands.
Relax your chest internally and externally.
Relax your abdominal area internally and externally.
Relax your thighs.
Relax your knees.
Relax your calves.
Relax your feet.
You are now at a deeper healthier level of mind and deeper than before.
This is your physical relaxation number three.
Every time you envision relaxation number three your body will gently ease into this state and it will become easier each time you practice this.
So let's continue now to relax and go deeper into level two.
Again let's take a deep breath and mentally see and repeat the number two three times in your mind's eye.
Level two is for mental relaxation where noises won't distract you and instead these noises will help you.
They will help you receive more and feel more.
So as you are here in level two visualize tranquil and passive scenes maybe out in nature or in some of your favorite places.
Engaging all of your senses.
Do that now.
And take another deep breath and again while exhaling mentally visualize and say the number one three times.
You are now at a level one deeper healthier.
You are now at a level one with a deeper healthier level of mind and functioning from your center.
I'm going to count from ten to one and on each number you will feel yourself going deeper and you will enter a healthier deeper level of mind.
Ten nine eight feel going deeper seven six deeper and deeper five four three deeper and deeper two and one.
You are now at a deeper healthier level of mind deeper than before.
It is a wonderful feeling to be deeply relaxed.
It is a very healthy state of being and now is an ideal time to create a target image of your goal.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale bring to mind any goal that you would love to have manifest.
Think of your intention for desiring that goal now.
Make it clear and honorable as it relates to others.
There is so much abundance in our world.
Life can truly be a win-win-win place to live.
As you create your target image allow your thoughts to be harmonious,
Your emotions to be congruent and both these to be in agreement with what you desire to manifest.
Begin to create your target image.
What is it that you desire to manifest?
Answer these following questions in your mind.
When do you imagine or feel or sense that this goal this outcome will manifest?
Where will you be when it does manifest?
Who will be there when your outcome manifests?
If there are others in the picture make sure you bring them to mind.
Imagine how it will make your life different and better.
Why is manifesting this outcome so important to you?
Lastly,
What is your true intention?
As you craft this image improve,
Change or modify any element that you sense needs to be changed.
Take your time doing this.
What are you experiencing,
Picturing,
Feeling or hearing when the target image of your goal is exactly as you desire it to be?
Project intense desire,
Belief and expectancy onto the image by thinking of those objective energies and how they pertain to the goal.
Now step into the image and become one with it.
You are now one with the image.
Experience it fully and completely.
Engaging all of your mental senses along with coherent emotions,
Thoughts and beliefs.
Push outward from the area of your heart with intense gratitude,
Appreciation and love for having achieved this outcome.
Imagine moving forward into the future experiencing your goal already achieved in a past tense sense with a perspective of whole and completeness.
Enjoy the benefits that come with already reaching that goal.
Allow your body and your brain and your mind to memorize this experience.
Now step out of the goal image and position it slightly above your retinal screen,
About 45 degrees above your horizontal line of sight.
Now imagine a normal day in your future.
Imagine thinking of your goal.
Imagine the target image.
Now bring back the congruent thoughts,
Emotions and feelings of already having achieved that goal.
In other words,
Zap your target image with all that is positive.
Now imagine another moment when you think of your goal and you do the same.
Imagine your day flowing and once again the goal comes to mind and you find yourself zapping it again.
Every time you think of your goal,
Your target image comes to mind and you zap it with all that is positive.
You may do this with any goal you desire.
Every time you function at these levels of mind,
You will receive beneficial effect physically and mentally.
You may use these levels of mind to help yourself,
Loved ones and to any human being who needs help physically or mentally.
You will always use these levels of the mind in a constructive,
Creative manner for that is of good,
Honest,
Pure,
Clean and positive intention and this is so.
You will continue to take part and construct and create activities to make this world to live in a better place.
So when you move on,
You will have left behind a better world for those who follow you.
You will consider the whole of humanity.
Mothers,
Fathers,
Sons and daughters,
Brothers and sisters,
You are a superior human being and you have a greater understanding,
A greater compassion and greater patience with others.
Take a deep breath in and exhale and in a moment I am going to count from one to five and cause a sound with my fingers.
At that moment you will open your eyes,
Be wide awake and feeling fine and in perfect health,
Feeling better than before.
One,
Two,
Coming out slowly,
Three,
At the count of five you will open your eyes wide awake,
Feeling better than before,
Feeling the way you feel when you have slept the right amount of refreshing,
Relaxing,
Wonderful sleep.
Four,
Five,
Eyes open,
Wide awake,
Feeling fine and in perfect health,
Feeling better than before,
Feeling energized and ready to take on the rest of your day,
Feeling free to do this meditation daily or whenever you need a boost of confidence or want to attain or manifest outcomes of your desires.
And each time you do this meditation,
You will go deeper and it will get easier and you will step into your manifested reality.
