Transcript

Hello and welcome to your journey home meditation.

Please find a space where you will be uninterrupted as this meditation is about 15 minutes long.

It is my goal that you feel in a state of complete relaxation and inner peace by the end of this meditation,

With a reset in your mind,

Your body,

And your spirit,

And refreshed clarity and connection to your purpose here on earth.

Closing your eyes,

And begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Holding at the top,

And on,

Doing this a few more times to find your center,

Coming into this present moment,

Just you and your breath,

And slowly begin to relax each part of your body,

Being beginning with the top of your head,

Relaxing the forehead,

Your facial muscles,

Relaxing your jaw,

Removing the tongue from the roof of your mouth,

Taking a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Release and drop your shoulders down.

With each breath,

You begin to get deeper and deeper into relaxation,

Working your way down through your chest and your heart space.

Deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Sink deeper and deeper,

Following the relaxation now,

Down deeper into your core,

So your hips,

Down the thighs,

Relaxing every muscle,

Taking a deep breath in,

And exhale,

Deeper and deeper,

Relax,

Continuing that energy down through the legs,

To the soles of your feet,

And to the tip of your toes.

With each breath,

You're getting deeper and deeper,

And from here,

You are in total relaxation.

You feel light.

From this space,

You notice a white light coming from the heavens,

Slowly makes its way down,

Down,

Down towards you.

It reaches the crown of your head,

And slowly begins to wash over you,

Begins to wash every part of your being,

And begins to engulf you in a beautiful nested egg.

It protects you.

It keeps you safe.

It relaxes your whole body,

And you know from here that you are safe and protected.

You can always come back to this space.

You begin to want to follow this light that's connected up above,

And your body starts to feel light,

Your spirit is light,

And you want to follow and explore where that light is coming from.

Your soul slowly begins to travel up,

Following this light.

You look at your beautiful vessel below,

Knowing that you are safe,

You are protected,

And you can come back anytime you wish.

You continue to follow this light,

And as you do,

You start to see the earth that you live on from a different vantage point,

And as you get higher and higher,

You see everything that surrounds you.

You continue to follow that light,

Until you see earth,

Your home,

And where you belong.

From this space,

There is no separation,

All you feel is love,

Dancing in this beautiful light,

In the cosmos,

You feel free,

You feel at peace,

You feel no separation,

There's just love.

You are reunited with everyone you have ever known,

You are home,

Relishing in this beautiful feeling of love,

Of connection,

Of remembering.

In this plane,

Your loved ones can assist you in remembering your mission for earth.

Spending time with them now,

To receive guidance,

Reminders,

Of who you are,

And why you came to earth.

You thank your guides,

Thank you,

Your friends,

Thank you,

Your family,

Thank you,

Your ancestors,

Thank you for the deep remembering,

Thank you.

You are so excited to be in a body,

To experience this planet called earth,

And with your big heart,

Full of gratitude,

You begin your journey back to earth,

Making your way back down,

Following that light,

Slowly drifting back onto planet earth,

Back into this dimension.

And you slowly make your way back to your vessel,

You see your beautiful self,

Here on earth.

You have fully come back into your body,

With this newfound love,

Where you're taking a deep breath in,

And a loud release out the mouth,

Placing your hand on your heart,

And the power of your heartbeat.

What would it be worth to you,

To have peace of mind,

To let go of bitterness that you feel?

It was all there by your agreeance,

And by design,

To help you evolve your consciousness.

To play,

To live,

To feel what pain feels like,

To feel what joy feels like.

It is the dream you have dreamed,

And you are awake from the dream.

The past no longer has a hold over you,

You are awakened from the dream.

The past no longer has a hold over you,

You are awakened to your soul purpose.

You are awake to your mission,

And you know why you came here.

Who you are now,

In this moment,

Is perfect.

How would it feel to know that you are divinely protected?

You are one with God,

And your soul family.

The soul family here that you chose to learn with.

Nothing is by accident.

You answered the call from your ancestors.

You are the ones they were praying for.

To help heal generations of trauma,

Of abuse,

Of negative cycles,

It stops with you,

Here and now.

You are the way shower,

You are the light of the divine,

And whenever you forget,

Look in the mirror and remember who is staring back at you.

Breathe in,

And breathe out.

Breathe in,

And release.

Shannon, this was right on time today. I returned home from a 3 day work trip and was feeling a lot of pent up energy, stress and anxiety from that travel. Took some time for myself and feeling much better. Thanks for sharing this practice with our community. Blessings 🙏🏻
